For something new and different,,,,, while I am convalescing, The Vape Tree - Contest Thread now has a Contest helper, The One And Only,,,, Uncle . In addition, instead of having a new The Vape Tree Contest thread started each and every week, it will now run until there are 2000 post in the thread, and thread will be closed.[/SIZE]Each week will still start on Saturday 12:01 AM PST and run until 12 PM PST Friday nights. Uncle will update the thread and there will be a new winner selected for each week. Uncle will also be assisting me in picking someone using Random. Why, yes, they did. And then a giant moving truck rolled into our cul-de-sac and had to turn around. Oh well, my son has a swim lesson in a couple hours so I wouldn't have had THAT much longer to sleep....

1: Thanks all, just saw this. Okay did the mowing and yard, but have to stop there. I have lost 23 pounds since she left just over three weeks ago. I grilled the chicken last night and just finished off some more. Hope it helps give me strength and put some weight back on. I literally almost passed out on Thursday at work I was so fatigued.

You need to add starches too. Bread potatoes rice corn etc. and maybe a few veggies...
Corn you can throw on the grill in husk to cook. Easy if your already grilling.

You peeps who complain about getting us early, try 6 when the Roosters start their little singing contest. Yes, the animals know when the sun comes up or sometimes, doesn't it time to wake the old man up and feed them. They can be just like the Missus when it comes to getting stuff they want done. I am a slave to a lot of masters, the missus being number 1. (I had to say that under thread of death).
I do have to say the old saying, later to bed and early to rise makes a man, healthy, not really wealthy and forget about wise....
No trees today or maybe just this one.
You get a weird desert tree and tumbling rag weed...

Morning Treefam...I slept in today...Congrats Tigg....A well deserved win..........I have somethings going on elsewhere so I will be in & out today.....but it seems I have been lurking a lot this week.....busy with other things....
