Blue... they make a nighttime leg cramp OTC pill. Not exactly what you have going on but might help. I think it has to do with what stage of sleep you are in. Make sure you aren't doing anything at all for about an hour before going to bed, no games, internet stuff, etc.

Thanks Joan....I do sit in the dark for about an hour before going to bed.....I am going to try & go to the chiro again this week I hope he may have some answers...it could be many different things...(my first thought was a pinched nerve) ....at this point I am not going to get worked up over it.... stress could be the cause...and I am stressed about the inspection tomorrow.....I hate having to cleanse their energy out of here....so I just don't know anything right now...

I'm using pics from the internet. I find one, right click and choose "Copy Image Location.
Then I click the image icon here, pick "From URL", and paste the link.
Then I add this... ?dl=1
I add that without space after the url stuff.
example,
...http:.blah.blah.cutestpugever.jpg?dl=1[/IMG]
And I deselect the "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"

Wow, that's complicated, Dave. I use your first step (Copy Image Location). Then I just type "

". Done.

Thanks for your ideas about adding pictures to post. I have been using Photobucket, but your ways sure seem easier. I am going to give them a try.
