I've had a poo poo day! Blah! I feel just yuck! Think I may be a lil dehydrated! Been working a ton this week so haven't been working on drinking my water! Anyone know any tips? I was wondering if there are vitamins/water pill or something. I'm using coconut water now. Omg I never knew that stuff was so disgusting! YUCK!

Gatorade has some post workout chews and drinks that help electrolyte levels recoup.

Well - Missed Ya' "Tree-Peeps" . . . I'm taking a break most of the day and will try to catch-up with what everyone's been up to in the last contest thread. . .

Here is a quick update from "Me":

Been a very very long week so far and there is still so much left to do . . .

Just got back to "My" place late last night after driving across state . . . As most people know, I left last Wednesday, because One of "My" Best Friends (28 Years) Died last Monday and I was named the Executive of her Will . . . Well, it took "Me" & another of "My" Best Friends (of 36 years) over 8 Hour Drive to get to Northern Florida . . . Thankfully, the drive back did not take as long (only 5 hours to drive to his house and another hour to drive "My" place - although it took almost 12 hours traveling by car which was better then the trip up there which was 16 hours total) . . .

AND - Although I am back at "My" place now, I will have to go back up there again in the next few weeks after I get back from one of "My" usual trips up North next Wednesday. Matter of fact, it looks like this is going to take at least 2-3 Years to complete. SO, even though I will be busy for the next few weeks and traveling back and forth for awhile, I will try to keep up with everyone here and continue to be a helper for "GMO" as best as possible too . . .

NOW - With that said and to make a Long Story Short - JUST AS AN FYI: DO NOT AGREE TO BE AN EXECUTOR OF ANYONE'S ESTATE - UNLESS EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING AND SPELT OUT IN COMPLETE DETAIL (especially if "You" live in Florida).

AND - For those who possibly do not remember or know - This is coming from a "Counselor" that created & facilitates a "Bereavement Support Group" and someone who has had to deal with an extremely large number of Friends/Family who have died both personally and professionally. (too many to really count anymore, however there were 7 people in the same number of years - including "My" Eldest Brother & Mother and 2 Best Freinds)
