We can always be friends.... Brees (and Sproles) came from the Chargers, so the Saints are one of the NFC teams I root for (when not playing the Chargers, that is!). Yeah, I actually like the Chargers...I like Phil Rivers too...I hate we don't have Sproles anymore because he was really great here! Yep, if we ever face each other in the Superbowl, a friendly wager would definitely be in order!

I don't know nothing about sports so y'all lose me when y'all talk about them. I like Nascar, but that's about it, and I mostly watch that for the wreaks. Yeah, I know, that's bad, but it's fun to watch..lol.

Yep, we like Nascar too...of course I grew up around Talladega and the Allison family... we lived near them and we used to use Bobby Allison's boat when we went out on the river when I was a kid...so it's kind of in my blood...yeah, the wrecks do make it more fun to watch, although I never want anyone to get hurt!
Yeah, I don't want anyone to get hurt, it's amazing that most of the time they walk away fine. Sometimes I'll close my eyes and start praying because I think there is no way they could be unhurt. My husband has went to several of the Talladega races when he used to work for a RV company. He'd get VIP passes and got to be in the winners thingy when Dale Jr. won one time. I've got some awesome pictures of Dale Jr. I haven't ever been to a race though. Not really my thing, I rather stay home and watch in the air conditioning.

Might I be so bold to suggest, subsituting "Shallots" for the Onions and adding Olive Oil to that Butter (will help the cutlet to "fry" better and the butter will not "Burn" as easily) . . . Just A Tought . . .

I'm on the other side of the state north of Tampa - taking care of some buisness here . . . It all involves the Estate of "My" Best Friend who died the end of July . . . Hopefully I will not be here too long, since I NEED to get ready next week for "My" usual trip North mid-sept . . .
