Well - Another very long day, there are over 4 pages of post with 40 post per page that will just have to wait for me to catch-up on since I have to be up at 6 AM to drive another hour away for an appointment and then an hour back before "My" afternoon appointments . . . Hopefully I will make it back in time in the morning to congratulate all the winners . . .

Either way it's - GONNA BE A VERY LONG DAY TOMORROW TOO . . .

Finally got showered and almost recovered from the bike ride. The heat about did me in -temps over 90, humidity at least that high and no cloud cover.

I think I finally recovered from the heat and exercise. I'm used to it but it got me today. Usually spend some time walking it off while I cool down - not today, actually had to sit down so that I didn't fall down.
