Have been battling internet problems here all day...finally seem to have got it sorted out...at least I hope so anyway...Think we're having chicken piccata tonight...he makes a really good one...although he's just getting started so it'll be a while before we eat...good think I'm not really hungry yet!

Spaghetti turned out really good but I'm afraid the pork roast won't be. I bought the wrong kind for pulled pork, a loin doesn't have enough fat in it, but we'll see how it turns out.

Well. Home from work, and the road conditions were just fine. Actually got over 50° today.

I've been fighting a toothache the last couple of days, and it looks like it's moved on to becoming an abscess. Going to have to get to the doc for antibiotics next payday... No money for the copay this week.

Sorry about your toothache phager. I hate them! Thankfully one of my hubby's good friends is a dentist, so we call him when we have to. No dental insurance here at all.

Still haven't got off my lazy bum and fixed anything to eat. Hubby isn't in the cooking mood so he ate ramen noodles.. yuck. I guess I need to fix me something, a frozen pizza probably.

4. Finally decided to cook corn dogs. Not my favorite, but with enough ketchup and mustard I can eat just about anything Forgot how long they take to cook, 20 mins is taking forever and all of a sudden I'm starving.

Thanks for the concern, guys. It seems like I get an abscess around once every six months or so. I guess it's a combination of no insurance for 10 years in the early 2000s and a genetic predisposition for weak teeth. Every dentist I see tells me my options are $20k in reconstructive surgery, or knock them all out and get dentures, since I'm not even forty, that's a hard pill to swallow.

Add to that the fact that my work won't let you take more then ten consecutive days off, I'd have to deal with the public (I work retail) as a toothless freak. So I end up putting the decision off and go to an urgent care place for antibiotics when it flares up.
