With my luck on this thread I probably should enter more contests on ecf but I really only post in Glassmanoak's threads and one other one that hasn't had a Contest in weeks. I really don't care for ecf much anymore and if it wasn't for my Tree Family I probably wouldn't be on ECF at all. After 4 years on here I've grown bored with it and all the drama on other threads. You guys and your support are all that keeps me here.

Ok now for my drama today. It started off with my cracked windshield. At about 11:00 this morning I was writing up a customer and my phone started vibrating again and again, when I got done with the customer I lookedand saw it was Wifey and instantly I thought something happened to her. I called her back and found out the sheriff was at my house. It seems someone found a old book of checks I threw out when we moved from a account that has been closed for at least 4 years and started writing bad checks with it. I had to call the sheriffs department on my lunch break to talk to them. Wifey said the signature on the checks didn't look anything like mine. The sheriff deputy is going to come by my house tomorrow morning before I go to work to verify it's not my signature. Needless to say I didn't have a good day. I'm freaking out! I thought I destroyed all my old checks, that's usually what I do as soon as I close a account.

1/10-3: Don't worry too much.... A person has identity stole about two time in a life time. I have had mine stole three times..... go figure The banks are responsible and the sheriffs work for you. You will not be able to press charges the bank/sheriff are allowed to... relax your money will be your own.

Jpf - sorry to hear that...I know it's a pain in the ...., but at least it's a closed account...I've had that happen to me twice...once was courtesy of the IRS...they were hacked and bank account numbers were compromised and the people who got mine had new checks printed on my existing account, but up in Pennsylvania...they caught the couple who did mine...they were caught on video at a hotel trying to cash one of the checks...I was lucky I caught mine right away and the bank refunded all charges to me immediately...of course I had to close that account and open a new one...it was a pain but I was lucky it wasn't worse....This should be able to be straightened out for you fairly easily since it was a closed account...wishing you luck that you get it all settled quickly!

Slow, yes I do have a P3, and I love it...right now I would say it's my favorite mod, right along with my Reo...I love them both equally so can't favor one over the other...I do like the P3 over the 2.5...the menu is better and easier to use and you can change more things on it.

Well, I'm babysitting all 3 grandkids tonight, so I probably won't be back on...the baby and the youngest boy are both asleep and I have Uncle Spencer out there with the oldest brother playing video games right now so I could have a little break...guess I better get back out there and check on them!

2. Wow Jpf, what a day! Don't worry about the checks, thankfully it was a closed acct. so when the sheriff comes by and verifies your signature it should pretty much be over. It happened to a friend of mine and she got sued, all she had to do was go up to the court house and sign a paper, they verified she signature and it was over.

Angel, did you get to play with the sub tank today? If so how did you like it?

Enjoy your time with the grandkids. I haven't seen mine since before Christmas. Me and their momma had a falling out that ended with me saying if I ever set eyes on her again I was going to kill her. She wouldn't be here now if she would have said what she said to me in person. The coward said some nasty, horrible things via text. Anyway, I didn't even want to bring that up. I think she went back up north. It's sad not to see my oldest grandson, but it's for the best that I don't have contact with his momma ever again. When my son comes back home we'll deal with it all then I guess.

4. Bella, sorry to hear that you haven't been able to see your grandkids...I know that must be hard on you...(((HUGS))) for you!

I have been enjoying the kids tonight...little Addy just fell back asleep after waking up for a little while...I hardly get to see her awake, so I enjoy her when she is...both the boys have finally fallen asleep, after the oldest made my son play for 3 hours on the Xbox! Bless my son, he never once complained! Now just hope that my son and DIL don't stay out as late as they did last time...even though I'm not really that tired and I don't have to go to work tomorrow...I do want a little time to unwind before I go to bed.

Oh, and no I didn't get a chance to mess with the subtank other than to take it out of the package...was too busy...I can tell you it is one heavy tank though...probably the heaviest one I've had yet, but it is nicely built so I can't wait to give it a try! Hopefully tomorrow!

I normally put them on a toothpick or something but didn't take the extra few seconds this time and of course that's when my fingers decide not to work.
