I am glad I am not the only one....but sorry to hear that too......
The Lawn care specialists(idiots) are at it again....he's been across the street for 2 hours now and it's only a 6X6 lawn with a small border of rocks & bark....I have taken dozens of photos of it.......I don't get it.....how could it take that long?

I just got home from the dentist, my son had to get 3 teeth pulled. My afternoon got a little less busy as Wifey had a dentist appointment this afternoon and another appointment a little later, she's not feeling well enough to make it to either one so she had me call and reschedule them for next week.
Liblue maybe the landscapers get paid by the hour and not the job.
Now I have to figure out what to have for supper tonite that my son can and will eat.

Hi, Everyone! They let us escape the Jury Waiting Room for lunch so got to come home for just a quick pop-in to say Hello! Late last night I found some really amazing tree pics to share here. Alas, for some DUMB reason ALL of my photos are locked! (Even family ones). Moved to a MacBook Air from a PC. Need hubby's help to sort this out but that won't happen right away - he's out of town. Hope everyone had a nice Easter Weekend. Sorry to be "in the wind" but back to my usual heavy work load and the jury duty (not selected, but called in) is messing with my workload, and no time to play! :(
Hope to get back and see what everyone has been posting. You are a busy Forrest of Tree peeps!

Thanks for the info on the contest, LiBlu! Hugs to all and have fun! - WOW you all really out did yourselves with all of these amazing Tree Pics!! (I'M happy to have figured out where to find the cactus at least).

4/7 - 3: Boss worked me like a slave today. After 10.75 hrs with no break I told him I was tired. He said "Good I am glad to hear that" While packing up my stuff he thanks me for my hard work and I told him "You put me on the hardest tasks for the day." "Well that's cause your a hard guy" If he makes me go home early on the last work day for no compensation of my extra time, I will go home after eight hours every day.

In pa ..unless you are Union..they don't even have to give you lunch unless you ask and then after 5 hours they have to give you an unpaid lunch...but only if you ask. This was true just a few years ago unless it changed. Breaks were not mandatory but when I worked in Nj, we got breaks and lunch because it was mandatory and that was working for the same company. Usually companies will give you lunch but I happened to work for a company that was paid by the job and they didn't believe in it. Only if the company we were doing the job for insisted did we get breaks or lunch....I had to go 8 hrs without a cig often which was worse than no lunch...lol. I then worked for the IRS and we got 5 mins every hour for breaks or 15 mins in morning and 15 mins in afternoon and lunch...so go figure.

It's been a two-steps-forward-one-step back kind of day. I suppose it's better than the opposite... but I really need to get this stuff figured out before I switch mental gears and finally get to my taxes (which I've been putting off because of this :censored: procedure I'm working on). If I step back from it, it will take close to a day to figure out where I was... :?:

And, unfortunately, labor laws only apply when you work for someone else, not for yourself. :(
