Good Mornin' / G'Night Tree Fam!

Oh no, are you able to imobilize it in any way?

Whoa! Well, have a good day at woik!

:tumble:

PIFing all this week's posts.

4/11 2: I have found no way to do so, my work makes me move it. It could be a good thing, I pushed myself hard in the last 10 months with work and work outs.... My body may just need rest... and so far this can not be the case. I am not sure what to do, I have been doing cold, and warm; Epsom salt baths, juicing and more.... I am starting to think that the stress of this situation is the cause; therefore until I am out of here it will not leave. Any advice would be much appreciated...

Tigg, I'd just rest it for a couple days. If that doesn't work go to a doc and get some muscle relaxers. Stress can kill ya(figure of speech), and I'm speaking from experience. Go to a park, a beach, a museum, a gallery, the mountains, etc., and just unwind this weekend. Find someplace new to go not too far away.

Mid morning flyby....

Rest is what your shoulder needs. Otherwise the inflammation will continue.

I find myself in a similar situation--except that it is my calf muscle instead of my shoulder. I must have had the mother of all leg cramps or something last night: my calf actually feels like I tore something rather than just stiff. :?: I think I'll be icing it throughout the day.

4/11: 3: Thank you all, that is why I called off from work today. I will soon call my soon to be ex father in law, they are late on the first agreement. I need not be mad or upset, but they are not playing nice; though I have tried to do so, and have done so. Please pray for me, send good vibes, karma, whatever.... I need to be polite and social in this realm..........

Tiggs - Sir and Count are right. My advice, when you're working; take an anti-inflammatory and when you're not at work, put your arm in a sling.

ETA: I was typing while you were typing. Glad you took the day off! Please rest up this weekend. Good vibes being sent!

Count - Sorry about your leg cramps. I get those from time to time. Potassium helps. Eat a banana. :D

I am concerned, again, about safety. A fellow just contacted me to get advice on going super sub-ohm in a Hell's Gate dual 18650 / dual atty mod (or chain smoker mod). I said don't do it. He then asked me "but if I do, what batteries should I use?"

More and more people are blowing themselves up by trying to super sub-ohm with run-of-the-mill batteries, and sub-ohming, once the realm of the elite and skilled, had been made readily available through sub-ohm tanks and pre-built coils.

What do you think?

I think the mainstreaming of sub-ohming is not a necessarily a good thing. Go on the New Members forum these days and you'll see people recommending the Atlantis, Subtank, Arctic, etc. to total novices. While the tanks themselves may offer a superior performance at times, the demands they can place on hardware are not to be ignored. But few talk about battery safety anymore...
