GLV-2 510 Style, 5.0 Volts - Cartos don't fit?

Hi Everyone!
I'm still a newbie so I have to post this here.

I've been getting cartos from Liquid Express and have been very happy with everything. It all worked well together.
Recently, I've had a problem getting the cartos to screw into my GLV. It isn't an issue with the pin. The threaded part that should screw into the the body simply isn't large enough. The threads just don't even touch the the part that they should screw into. You place it in there and it just flops out, I can't screw them in. The thread end is too slim. I have a lot of these cartos and I don't want to have to just throw them out.
Anyone else having this problem with a mod?
Any suggestions for a fix?

A 510 carto wont fit your 510 GLV?Is that what your saying?

Have you tried some Boge blanks? Do they still fit?

I have a Boge 510 carto here and the threaded part looks pretty long and fit way down into my Riva.

Yes, the 510 carto won't screw into the 510 mod. Wierd.
I haven't tried Boge, but it's not the length of the threaded end, it's the width.
These cartos do fit into a Tornado 510. I don't think the problem is with the carto, it's with my mod. After using it for a few months the open part has 'stretched' a bit (?) Has that happened to you? I don't know what to do, this GLV mod cost me a bit (and I have 2 more of these mods comming in the mail, one more for me and another for my hubby). That's a chunk of change.

Jay will fix it if its the GLV.The great thing about the GLV is the warranty.You send it in and he fixes it.No problem.
