Hi all. Just about ready for an upgrade and I am leaning towards the Go-Go. After using an 808 I really like the 2 part pv and really dont want to bother with an atty. The concept of the 3ml carto and batt lasting all day for me on the go-go is pretty exciteing.

Here is the really dopey part of my question lol. What is the major difference between a go-go and the Ego? The egos are so popular around here Im wondering if the go-go is the wrong choice or if there is even much of a difference at all. Thanks

If you want to stick with 808 thread,
you might want to check: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...94316-d-b-gold-has-echo-e-cartomizers-30.html
Echo is auto and IGO is manual

Bill's price is quite good.

Also, vaperleaf has VGO kits.

You could also check out the iGo - 1100mah, 808 compatible and has the 3ml carto. The Go-Go is 1300mah, but the cartos are proprietary.

Thank you. Yeah they were on my radar also. Too many things end in GO lol. This is where I get all confused.

I'm new so take my opinion with a grain of salt...

eGo/Riva etc etc very popular with people, 510 thread easy to find carto's atty's etc won't go wrong with it at all!!

Go-Go: non standard thread so mods carto's attys going to be tougher to find (you can find them but not at tons of sites) could be the "next step forward" year from now. monster battery looks to vap well.

I couldn't decide between the 2, so I ordered both. I figured having both wouldn't be a bad thing. If I had to only choose 1 I'd go with the Riva/eGo for ease of finding mods. Though the Go-Go video reviews are very impressive! (when i get both of mine i'll tell you which i like better!)

just too add this... I was going to buy a V2 travel kit when I first found with website. After reading and having questions answered I ended up ordering the riva 510 and the Go-Go kits with extra empy carto's and it STILL came out to less then what I would've paid for a v2 kit! just had to add that...

I have had my E-go for 6 months and still going strong. (like WomenOFHeart said) I really like the 14650 E-power the best because, it lasts longer between charges and you can carry a extra battery in your pocket and just replace the battery when it runs down. (Just don't have any metal or change in you pocket or it could short out the battery and catch fire) The E-go and the E-power has 510 threads, and that is important, being that MOST all popular cartomizers have 510 threads. Hope this helps

    in a cave, eh?
FYI, the Echo-E has 510 threads (not 808).

The nice thing about the Go Go is that it vapes at 4.2 volts, which is warmer than your E-Power or your eGo. And it holds a lot of juice. But, there aren't really a lot of options with that system because of the non-standard threads.

The E-Power is a nice system. There is a version of that system that has an 18650 battery which will give you way more battery life than anything else short of an 18650 mod. It's just a little bigger than the E-Power 14650 model. But something to consider if you go for the E-Power.

You might consider SmokTech Dual Coil or Boge LR cartomizers to go with your system (510 threads).

What's the major difference between an eGo and an Go Go? Well, the eGo has 510 threads while the Go Go has it's own proprietary threads. The Go Go vapes at 4.2 volts, while the eGo runs about 3.4 volts (it's noticeably cooler). The Go Go is about the size of a large cigar while the eGo is about the size of a Sharpie.

If you want more juice in your non-Go Go system, you can look at the VaporEscence Vape-O-Matic Liquinator. Or you can try the SmokTech Dual Coil XL Clear Mega cartomizer. They'll look a little funny sticking out the end of your PV, but if want to keep a lot of juice on hand... :)

I would suggest the echo automatic. It is the best all around PV I've tried. The 1300 mah battery works great and holds a charge for 18 hours of steady vaping. The 3.4 ml carto lasts me about 12 hours of vaping. The 650 or 1300 Chrome are also the nicest looking PV's I have.http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ld-has-echo-e-cartomizers-29.html#post3680270
If I was going with a manual battery I would choose the Go-go. They now have them in different colors at Go-goUSA.http://www.go-gousa.com/index.php?o...ry=1192741&mode=category&offset=0&sort=normal
If you choose the ego the best setup is the ego with the mega dual coil cartos from madvapes.http://www.madvapes.com/MadVapes-510-Ego-Mega-Dual-Coil-Cartomizer-Kit_p_3160.html

Hey TX . Thanks much for the advice. Sorry to be a pain in the .... with the questions but the Echo sounds great. Do u know what volts it runs at ? I have a couple of 808 bats that I think even out at around 3.7 i think and I love the vape I get from them. I have a few 808 bats that run at lower than that and the difference to me is huge. ( cant stand them lol.) Thanks again.

The Echo comes off the charger at about 3.8 V and the Go-go is 4.2 v. I thought the Echo was also 4.2 v until yesterday because it vapes so good. The Go-go works very good also and I have several. I also have several different ego combinations, 4.2 Riva, Vgo 808 4.2 and a couple of Mods but the Echo 1300 automatic is my favorite. The new emdcc from madvapes also work very good on an ego 1,000 battery. Everyone is different though and we all have our preferences.

I have both the Ego and Go-Go and definitely prefer the Go-Go. Eric at Go-GoUSA is now selling adaptors to make these batteries more compatible with other cartomizers or you can buy the Go-Go cartomizers (holds 3ml ejuice) and connect to different batteries that you may already have. Not quite so proprietary now. Think these will be the go-to ecigs very shortly. Eric also sells ejuice now so you can get it all from one place and only have to pay one shipping cost!
