Hi All,

I realized about a third of the way through my Go-go tale that concision is not my strong suite. And with photos … it would be a long scroll. So … I made a web page instead.

Here: QUITTING

And after you finish reading it you’ll know why I have not been Go-go vaping today. Not because I found something better … just a vape down memory lane. (caution: Geezer reference) And a tip of the Hatlo Hat once again to SSV2.

Funny story, bob. Glad the patient was saved. And by the remarkable GoGo - no surprise there. :)

i fill my cartomizers by cutting the end of a q-tip off and sticking the shaft gently into the center hole of the cartomizer.
i then squirt a litle juice in, let it soak and repeat until i get some out the bottom. then i remove the q-tip and blow thru the top of the cart to clear the tube. and vape away

My Q-tips have 2 ends...so I assume cut both ends off the kind with the plastic shaft, turning it into a tiny straw?

Actually it's unlikely this will work with plastic-stemmed Q-Tips. You would rather use the paper-stemmed product. I think the plastic are too thin and do not plug the air tube completely

Ok I obviously need a visual...LOL I should have my kit Friday or Saturday, guess I pictured filling THROUGH the q tip. And I bought the plastic kind today on purpose!

Buy genuine Q-tips. The stems are rolled paper instead of plastic. Cut just one end with the cotton off. Leave as much stem as possible. Then the cotton on the other end won't get in the way when you fill. Only insert the q-tip 1/4 inch into the hole. After two or three fills the stem will flower open slightly and give you a very nice fit to prevent leakage. You can stick the q-tip in a cup of water overnight and this will slightly expand the tip so it fit's snug first use.

whoa! wait a minute! all this time i have been doing it wrong? i have been using plastic qtips with both cotton ends cut off. filled the cartos fine. why would you leave cotton on one end? i dont get it...so the non-cotton end goes into the carto and you insert your syringe THRU the cotton on the other end? what would be the purpose of that?
by the way, i experimented last nite....i just took the plastic mouth cap end off my GO GO and just "dripped" some of my ejuice directly into the cart (holding the GO GO slightly angled so juice dripped only against the inner walls into the carto and not into the middle hole) and it worked great!! so that being said, what would be the advantage of introducing the ejuice using the qtip with syringe then if this worked just as well? if not better??

I'm confused too but I don't have a carto to look at. I pictured using the q tip as a straw to get the juice in.

The Q tip is just to plug the hole so juice don't run thru the air hole but I don't use one I just drip along the side holding at an angle and it works fine. Just like filling a cart on an atty. You can use a syringe also if you want too as some prefer. I use a syringe on a new fill and usually drip on refills.

oh ok i get it, the qtip method, you are actually taking off the rubber tip and inserting the qtip upwards, with the cotton then being INSIDE the carto, and the open end of qtip sticking out, outside of PV...................boy did i get it wrong. but now that i just pop the rubber cap off and drip along sides, it works just as good, if not better, and much easier, i dont have worry about the qtip thang at all!
