I posted a kind of admissions post about not understanding a few difficult aspects of the E-cig forum, one being sub topic segments ... I obviously spurred the mod to playfully do exactly what my post was about ...it was reposted somewhere where no one is bound to read it but people as confused as I ... I am too tired to fight ... god bless you all, you too mr. mod ... It was a wonderful couple of years and I thank all mentors who held no hostilities to my stupidity .... too hard to fight arrogance ... thanks and goodbye .

I guess you could think of this forum as a huge filing cabinet. A filing cabinet needs to be organized to work efficiently, doesn't work well to just throw papers in there at random. If a person wanted to learn to build a coil, can you imagine wading though thousands of posts just to find the ones related to coil building...

I'm not aware of your particular question, but in my case, if I wanted to know something about how the board works, I would just keep bumping up the post so it would show in "New Posts" (where I always look first) or I might just post the question to "Ask the Veterans" and wait for an answer.

Unfortunately topics that you think belong in a certain subforum get put in the subtopic which the mods deem they belong to. Sometimes it doesn't mesh with what you want. [edited] someone started a topic called Land of the Free and it got put in the Outside forum. Which I didn't agree with, but hey whatever.
