So I'm going for the full blown system with the extender cap and batteries. What tank should I get? Is there a mod that will let me use all my current Nova tanks? And what about that straight shooter tank? What does that require?

As long as your tanks have a 510 connection they should fit, whith the exeption of the evods you got to have a 510 to ego adapter for those.

If you want to use eGo tanks, you'll need one of these:

That is a stainless steel 510 to eGo adapter from ProVape. You can of course get a chrome plated brass adapter from everyone else. They look like this...

OK, I'll bite...
What is a "straight shooter tank"???

This maybe?
777 eCigs Bullet Kit - Straight Shooting Starter Kit

Viva Nova should work, and like others have stated, ProVari is a 510 threaded device, to use ego threads you need the adaptor shown above. 510 threads are the smaller ones in the center, ego cone threads are the larger outside threads on the adapters shown above.

I think there are several different Vivi Nova tanks... the ones I have... the Aspire Vivi Nova w/ BDC in stainless/glass works GREAT on a Provari, and is the easiest to tell the vape difference between your mods with, so it's the perfect tester tank.

Because there's several, I don't know how the others work, this is the one I'm talking about: Aspire / Vapeonly BDC Vivi Nova-S Pyrex Glass Bottom Dual Coil Tank

Even cheaper here: Eigate Aspire Vivi Nova BDC Pyrex glass clearomizer

PBusardo's review here:

For $11, it's GREAT (replacement heads are more pricey).

There is usually a coop running nonstop for Aspire BDC heads, and in the Coop, these units are LESS than $5 each (Sniffle and LadyVaper coops are typically FAST... 2 weeks or so).

Let me warn you about these...
1. They MUST be primed also (2-3 drops in the head before filling the tank).
2. Unscrew 1/4 turn on the Provari to use, they airflow from the bottom.
3. These are HORRIBAD on Ego and other small batteries... they are only good on big batteries for some reason.
4. They have an ugly drip tip, so you replace the drip tip.

They conveniently work perfectly in the itaste VTR... better than the original iclear 30S, which I immediately replaced out.

Shari, I know you were in at least 1 of the coops I was in too... did you get a VTR? This is how mine is set up (permanently). Vivi Nova BDC, LONG drip tip, and it's PERFECT (but heavy... this is my desk unit that alternates with the Provari):

(the drip tip looks funny because I cooked it to see what metals were in it... it's all stainless again now, I sanded off the 'blueing').

But you will like the Provari better, even the VTR starts dropping off in vape yummy as the battery wears down, and again, it weighs about 2-3x more than the Provari 18650 and of course much more than that on compared to a Provari mini.

I thought that might be what you were thinking.
Not a tank at all - that's JUST a cartomizer directly connected.
The same kind of cartomizer that some of us punch holes in, and put INSIDE a tank (except we don't use black ones - that's a wrapping that juice would erode). Thus the term "carto-tank".
A carto like that will hold something like 20 DROPS of juice.
It's good for tasting, or for "stealth" - but not for any length of time!!
Nothing special needed - you pop a little cap off the end, and dribble juice into the filling around the edges.

Okay here's the closest I could find.

There were a couple others that didn't even have the mouth piece. Are these any good? Require a mod?
Thanks!

Okay. Perfect. That's what I needed to know. I think I'll stick with a regular tank. I chain vape. There are sooooo many options it gets confusing for us newbies.

Thanks!
