Going to be some tough times ahead.

I only have a few minutes but I wanted to give you heads up on something.

I don't expect to be on the forum much for a while. I will miss it dearly but situations change and in an instant things that once seemed important become trivial.

Some of you may know that my wife's health is not very good and I'm sorry to say complications have occurred again.

Even though I would like to be by her side at all times we have custody of our two grandkids so I will have to manage their care along with hers. Actually our adoption of the children might be complete next month.

So I will be home a fair amount with the kids, just no where near as much free time to post for a while.

I will pop in and keep you updated from time to time.

You all take care and cherish the time you have with your loved ones.

I know that taking care of your grandchildren and your wife will be a heavy load, but you seem like a very strong person and I'm sure you will have lots of healing, caring thoughts and wishes headed your way from folks on the forum. Thank you everyone. Its touching to hear all the kind words and well wishes.

It looks like I will be spending some time out of town. They expect my wife to be transferred to a hospital about 3 hours from home. Its too soon to tell how long she will be there but I'm hoping for the best. My parents postponed their annual move to FL for the season so they will be around to help out as much as possible. And my sister is coming up from NC to stay at our house and help with the kids too.

We (I) will get through it, thats what we do. I'm off to take the kids to head start and early head start for the 11mo old.
Then over to the hospital until 2pm when I pick them back up. My sister will be here Saturday to free up some of my time.
