I never even knew there were such things as vaping festivals or conventions or meets etc... until just a few months ago. Now I'm getting ready to go to my very first one.
Mile high Vaper's Festival in Denver on may 24th! I'm freakin stoked!:banana:And boy oh boy am I saving every penny I can scrape up for this event.
Even though I've been vaping for about a year and a half I only really started truly understanding and getting into the bigger aspects of what vaping is and can be. So I may not be showing up to this festival with a ton of shiny mech mods or fancy toppers.
But I sure as heck will be stuntin my MVP2 and vv3.:D
I sure hope to meet some of my Fellow Colorado ECF vapers there.
So who's all gonna be going to this event?

Four in Farmington at last count and I'm sure two of them are still there. One of them is pretty good.

I had a youngster came into my work a few weks back and he was asking about my vape stuff. He told me he worked at one of those in Farmington but I can't remember the name of the shop. One of these days I'd like to get down there and check out the nicer one.
Do they have any descent stuff or just a small selection?

One week from today and I hit the highway towards Denver!
I'm just way excited and you guys are the best to share my excitement with. I talk to other folks about the festival or just vaping and most of the time their eyes just kinda glaze over. Glad I have such a huge community here that shares in my enthusiasm for vaping.

Here in Chattanooga we have the Scenic City Vapers Club, members number not quite 1600. About 2 hrs away in Knoxville there's the Smokey Mountain Vapers Club, last count 1600 members. Each club has a meeting every other month. The last one Scenic City had almost 400 attended. When Busardo showed up last Feb., had 600 attend from as far away as FL and Al. These meets are all local and local vendors show up, set up tables, and do a lot of selling. Big revenue night for them and they usually discount their prices.

If you can't even buy anything, go to enjoy meeting people at all levels of vaping and share in the joy of breaking the back of a nasty habit. They usually have raffles that give away plenty of juices, tanks and even batteries and mods. Went to my first one 6 days after started vaping with my MVP v1 and wound up winning the grand prize of a ProVari! Wasn't even sure what I had at the time. Sure do now over 9 mos. later! :p

Just go if you can and enjoy yourself. I love meeting brand new vapers and hear the amazement in their voices when relating their stories.
