I received the vapor today. The company was very helpful. I believe "Mark" answered all my stupid questions. I ordered the ultimate/ultimate pack. It has every possible thing I need. So far I've tried the one that plugs into the computer. For some reason I feel like the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland..but it does everything advertised. I'm happy with it.

I ordered the E9 from e-cig.com, but it's sold under several different names. The only one I'm sure about is Red Dragon. It was the RD reviews that convinced me to buy it. The E9 tasted (to me) like ... and no one was having any luck with refilling. I gave it to my daughter's SO. He liked it.

Yes v4l has 18mg strength in all flavors. If it doesn't show up on the site, it's because they're out. They use a real-time inventory system, so you should never run into a backorder situation. If they're not out of juice in that flavor & strength, you can order that and refill.

I too have ordered the E9 from e-cig.com. The E9 batteries are compatible with Green Smoke (which was my first ecig), Bloog (my 2nd), Red Dragon (never had) & I believe Loong Totem (never had either). I did not do nearly enough research before I bought those units and I agree on the taste factor you mentioned. Good throat hit and excellent vapor - bad battery life and horrible taste.

I did not want to even attempt a 3 pc system & searched until I found this wonderful V4L community. Great batteries, great vapor, fantastic flavor and good throat hit (depending on mg)! I love my VK and adore the V4L staff! The product and service are just the best in my opinion. :wub:

I didn't have any problem getting at Return certf. from 51. I just sent them an email and they sent back the return # and information.


I finally received an RMA number after filing a complaint with the BBB, It took exactly 1 month after I first requested it and 1 week after filing the complaint. We'll see how long it takes to receive the refund.
