Golden Greek .co.uk missing parts with odysseus

My ody came a week ago i couldn't open the parcel since because my dad has passed away ...now golden greek was so helpful in sending the parcel to Egypt and were so helpful with me , but ody came without any wire nor the ceramic cup and i'm not sure if it's the customs agents or the GG.co.uk and i don/t know what to do now !

Thanks for your reply fright, i did contact them but no replies anyway thanks to them for what they did ... i ordered today 3 cups from COV hope they come soon

I told Imeo about the problem , and the GG agents sent me an email today telling me that they'll send the wire + the ceramic to me as a courtesy. that's what great companies would do.

Ok today the envelope came thanks to GG.co.uk , with wire and wick and NO CERAMIC again ! WTH ... if they did send it why the damn customs agents or mail agents took it again ! ... i went to the post mail office and i made a fight with them , they swore that they didn't take it , they're saying that it came the same ... wire + wick...so may be the mail agents in GB are taking it !
