Been snooping for a while and thought it was time to say hi to everyone. Started with a truck stop e-cig. Got a PV (eGo-c) a week later, dropped the analogs and haven't looked back.
Just a couple newb observations/advice for other newbs. Welcome all comments, rebuttals, etc.

1. I read more than a few gripes about the ego c. Gotta say I'm happy with mine. Love the plug and play right out the box. Also very user friendly. Great TH/Vapor for an entry unit.
2. My first mistake was only ordering 10ml of juice with my kit...don't do that lol. Longest wait for the postman ever.
3. Tasted my first horribly juice 3 days ago. Yech!!!! Different juice, new tank and atty. Still cant get that taste out of my mouth. (is this some kind of milestone?)

ECF has been a huge help in getting started with with all this. Thnx lots.

If you're having a problem getting the taste of juice out of your mouth, I recommend taking a teaspoon or two of apple cider vinegar, diluting it in a glass of water, and then rinsing out your mouth with it. The vinegar cuts whatever residual flavor's on your tongue and seems to clear out the sinuses a bit (which is where some of the flavor lingers). Then use your normal mouthwash, and you should be golden. :)

If you still have that bad juice taste in your atty (and you might), pick up some cheap vodka and run some of that through the atty (both directions), then let it soak for a couple hours, occasionally coming back and forcing more vodka through it. (If you leave the atty in the cone, this is pretty simple: use the cone to scoop up some vodka, then blow it through, both directions.) Let it dry thoroughly, at least 24 hours but possibly up to 48. That should clean most of the gunk out, and then priming the atty with a drop or two of a different juice and vaping with it should finish the process. :)

The ego series is great for plug-and-play. In fact, anything that has that size of batteries is good for that -- but the ego tank system gives you a near-immediate vape, whereas most of the cartos take a few minutes to fill, and a few minutes to let it soak in.

Sounds as if you did it in a good order- started vaping, quit smoking, came out of the shadows. I still use my eGo all the time so you are not alone. Personally I have never had a huge inclination ot move up to more sophisticated (albeit confusing- volts ohms, charger limits, etc.) devices. Congrats and welcome.
