I bought an RM2 a while back and gave it a few shots, but for some reason, I just couldn't get into it. I preferred regular 510 atties. So I sold it. However, with all the raving and glowing endorsements, I've decided to order another one and give it another shot. If someone could guide me to some videos of easy, but effective builds (no dual or micro coils please) I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!

There's a good one on Rob's site under videos -- very basic.

Sky, if it does not work out for you this time, I personally will purchase the RM2 from you for what you paid for it, plus the shipping :)

I would also offer to build you some coils to try out wicked with your choice of cotton or silica and whatever ohm you need, where all you have to do is thread it on the atty and vape away.

That is so nice of you!! I'm gonna give building a shot on my own. If it doesn't work out I'll be in touch. Is cotton preferred over silica? I have both.

SKYYcamel, that's not too low at all. That's what I vape. We're talking RM2, right? I have a hard time flooding my RM2 -- ever. It seems the juice runs back down as fast as it comes up. It's the least likely to flood of any RBA I've used. I wonder if you might be using too much wick, thus blocking the draining? Or are you sure your batteries are good and well charged? I ask that because anytime I sorta have a flooding issue, or over-squonking issue, it always turns out I need to change batteries.....

Yes it's an RM2. The battery is freshly charged. The wicking may be too thick. Not sure how to tell.

Well, it needs to be less than you think. I use cotton wick. It needs to be rolled into a "string" that is just thick enough to slide through the coil with no resistance. It should slide through pretty easily because it'll swell up when it's wet. Also, I clip the ends of the wick right at the outside edges of the posts. No long tails tucked in anywhere. Make sure there's nothing covering/blocking the squonk hole.

Thanks Rob! Do i need to use the rubber spacer? With it in, I can't get the air hole in the proper position.
Yes the spacer does help . Its not necessary to have the hole directly at noon as long as the air intake isn't facing the side you lean your mod as you take a pull your golden . I no some folks get carried away and think if the hole is 1/32 off the world will come to a end Believe me its not so

You may have to do that. My RM2 will put the air hole almost opposite of the coil without it. Some need it, some don't. As long as the airhole is lined up somewhere along the width of the coil, you're good.
