Good carto/etc for 4.8v

What would work well at that voltage? Going to try my hand at a cheap NiMH batt based mod, and wondering what would work best.

Why NiMH? I already have a crapload of AA and AAA rechargables lying around, and I don't care about weight/size. 4.8v if i use four (1.2v each), and PLENTY of mAh if I go with the AA's. Plus I've never built a mod, so the cheaper the better for the first one.

I'm not much of a dripper, so cartos are probably what i'd use most.

It will have a 510 connection.

get the regular resistance and you shoud have a good vape, thats what i use at 5v

Well, I already use boge sr on my regular 510 batteries, so that works out even better on the cheapness factor.

I was actually already going to order that exact thing from crystal clear tonight or tomorrow.

try the Boge 3.0-ish ones. Rule of thumb is up to 2 less than the voltage and that would be 2.8 for you. The Boge standard resistance is 2.8-3.2

So those would be LR for you. If you want standard resistance then you need to look for HV aka HR cartomizers which run from about 3.4 ohms and up.

Dormouse, I call SR by what is SR on a 510. I'm not looking for equal vape, but what is BEST. If a SR(2.4-2.8) boge for a 510 is awesome at 4.8-6v, then that's what I want. I'm not looking for the same vaping, but something that if I hate the mod, I can still use (even if it means 2x normal batt drain). I will not go up in ohms, as i want better vape, not equal vape. I just dont want to buy for a mod, and if I hate the mod, It's unusable.

As others said i would use the Regular Boge cartos. Thats what ill be using for HV vaping on my provari. I am also going to use SmokTech Dual Coils and vape them around 4.2 volts or the highest my Provari will let me run on those. Some people say 3.8 and some say 4.2

The Boge SR's on that mod will give you a vape similar to if you ran an LR on your existing 510, basically, warmer hit with more vapor.
