Fine..I'll help..

There were several variants of the Magneto, unfortunately some had "hot springs" issues...just do a google search "Magneto hot springs" and you'll see the results with crispy springs, so if you plan to sub-ohm ;) with let's say Patriot atty, this might cause some unnecessary head aches...later on

So avoid any Magneto with springs in the tube or 510 connection. Now onto batteries, I don't advise it because you don't know how many charges it had or worse case did it every vented..which probably shorten the life

If you are open to suggestions, you can get HCigar m16 all stainless steel with copper pins plus Sony VCT 5 for almost 40 from 101 vapes. If you really have patience, fasttech has Brass Polish Stingray mechanical mod for around 31 shipped, then you can pick up new battery for around 10.00

Someone's lips have been all over that. Never buy used! Yeah drip tips are interchangeable but I wouldn't buy a whole straw if someone's been sucking on one end of it... just saying haha!

And I don't know what 'hot springs' is because the reason it's called Magneto is because it has a magnet 'button' /locking switch. I'm vaping on a magneto now and well I've never seen a spring... Unless I'm blind lol. Find a good source online anyway because a new magneto isn't even that expensive.
