Hello all VV'ers
I just wanted to stop by and say Thank you to all of you who helped me to go ahead and place an order with VV as it was the best decision I made. I had placed a lot of orders with different vendors and only found 3 flavors I could vape. I have gotten about 25 flavors from Annette and have tried about 10 so far and haven't found one I don't like. I also like how she will help in anyway she can to find what is best to you that is a BIG plus as everyone is different. So Thank you everyone and a GREAT BIG SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ANNETTE !!!! :vapor:

Swer, send Annette an e-mail...that is the best way to reach her. :) It seems the live chat isn't available, right now anyways. I think Annette has been so busy that she wouldn't have the time to do it currently.

I am awaiting my order of 100% VG samples so I can determine if it's the PG that is causing me sinus irritation/congestion. Well, I kinda know it is because I have been experimenting with adding store-bought, unlfavored 0 nic VG to my current juice (which is 70PG30VG) and the symptoms are alot milder or don't happen when I dilute. But I will know for sure when I get a pure VG-only mix. Hence the impatient schoolkid routine :p

Good evening everyone. Sorry I've been MIA...all is good just busy with work and house guests. After the first of July things should settle down and hopefully I'll have a little more time to play. Hope all is well with everyone...

Does anyone know where the "Live Chat" option is on Virgin Vapor? They talk about it in the "contact us" section. Just wanted to see when my order will go out and possibly get the tracking info if there is one.

Hi Swer3397, I had to take down the Live Chat for a while as I was sometimes getting three chats at once and couldn't keep up and do all the e-liquid mixing at the same time! I'm doing some major reorganization right now and bringing in some new helpers. I found a great lady who would be wonderful at customer service so my plan is to add a phone number as soon as I get her fully up to speed and trained. Then it will be super easy to reach us and get any problems taken care of right away. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time so I'm really looking forward to finally being able to make it happen!

Of course, Swer3397, and a phone number is becoming a must! I'm on my feet all day long mixing and I just can't keep up with e-mails fast enough to make sure everyone gets exactly what they want even when there are last minute changes. Sometimes I get so busy I can only get to e-mails at the beginning and end of the day, but with a customer service helper and a phone number, we can be all over it in a few minutes! It will be a blessing to us all!

Broaching afternoon - Good Day All. Just over Six months ciggie free (except for a couple of oops ciggies). I do not have one of those counters so a rough estimate: 20 daily cigs x 30 average days per month = 600. 600 x 6 months= 3,600. WOW ... I have avoided roughly 3,600 cigarettes. That is mind blowing!!!!
