I am going to finish reading and then write my Senators and Representatives. I'm even going to write President Obama since he was a smoker. I do plan to leave a comment also, but I'm going to make sure I put in the beginning it is not a complaint. Don't want them to be able to say they received a complaint.

Only other thing that may work for your husband would be to brake off the end and then either drill it out or use a punch and a hammer.

I believe it was Orachel who mentioned my Cartotire problem may not be how long a draw I take, but the manner in which I take that draw (i.e. maniacal). I have been practicing.
Today's Plus and Minuses:
My cartridge with Mango Mint Julep is still going strong and I can vape it like a chain smoking truck driver. I may have to change cartridge some day.
My 4th Bud Sapphire has zero burnt flavor! I can hear the atomizer crackling, I get lots of vapor but the infinitesimal Amount of inhale power, required to prevent cartotire, is near to breathing out!!!
Switched my Ego C LR atomizer to regular atomizer, filled a new tank with a mix of Vanilla Mint and Buttercream Mint. I don't know why forum people say there is not much flavor with the regular atty. This is the first time I've tasted these two juices without atty primer suddenly mixed with burnt tire. Mmmmmm, mmmmmm, good! I have to "really concentrate" on minimal inhale suction power. Annoying.
Tangerine Dream tastes great on a little 1.5 ohm clear cartomizer, smells wonderful splattered all over the floor too. Quality Control Issue: I went to drip in more, and unbeknownst to me, the filling had pulled far far away from the clear wall at the bottom of carto. Juice running down my hand, I went for a Kleenex, knocked my Tangerine Dream to the floor.
Mammoth dust bunnies are good juice soaker uppers. If those repair people don't get my flame throwing vacuum back to me I will have to buy a new vacuum. Less money for vaping.
I must be one of those people who inhale their cigarettes and directly deposit tar and chemicals at the bottom of their lungs. Good thing I'm learning how to vape.

Larkfour my wife just tried her ego c atty its a standard as well and loves these new ones, she does not know the difference between Lr and a reg though even though on the older style i used a LR and let her try it that stubborn old woman !

My order arrived just in time for my birthday tomorrow. I think I'll just spend tomorrow with my feet up and taste each flavor in my stocking stuffer (nope it aint making it to the stocking lol)

Did not try WD 40. Veggie oil didn't work, nor did sewing machine oil. Will try a go with your suggestion.

Now I have a shorty screw driver stuck inside the pen, inside the cone.
I kept sawing off the bottom of the pen but now the screwdriver won't keep pushing it through, now both are really really stuck.
