The one thing I'm giving myself credit for is that on my 3rd night back, aka The Night I Smoked, I bought a pack because i didn't want to smoke my friend's last cigarette. The next day, I gave him that full pack (I'd smoked 2 out of it.) Not too bad, right? And since then, Ive done just great! I did order some juice at a little bit of a higher level, but it's my emergency stash now

TGIF..... I still have to work tomorow morning...but then weekend with family...and my little Ella will be over. Grandma has bought a bunch of new toys for her (neighbor's garage sale...I scored) I will take time out to try my juice this weekend even if it's not until Monday. I know both Sandy and Joan have been crazy busy...hopefully they will have more time to pop in over the weekend. Everyone enjoy your Memorial Day weekend...if you travel...stay safe...
Sorry for being MIA lately and thanks for your concern Larkfour (and Annette)! I have been having some issues with my low blood sugar, making me not always feel too great, plus life has just been so darn busy...but I'm still here and trying to check in when I can.

Went to visit my kitty, yes, MY kitty. I am going to adopt him for sure. Tomorrow I go to lunch and grocery shopping with my 87 y.o. neighbor who can run circles around me. Then on Sunday I'm going to babysit my 5 month old great-niece all day (what was I thinking?) while her parents go to the big NASCAR race.
Monday I'm going to recover.

Took an hour bike ride with my 22 year old yesterday. The point was to stay in the smaller front gear, so you are peddling faster the whole time vs. pedaling harder. Cardiovascular hades. I have to say, "my bike is not as fast as hers."
