Good Afternoon: Trying to get back on my "healthy" diet plan and workout plan. Really fell off the last two weeks and could I tell the difference in how I felt physically and mentally. Too much coffee, too much nicotine, too many potato chips and Klondike bars (my husband keeps buying the garbage food and down my gullet it goes) and totally skipped almost all my swimming, biking and walking. Dusting myself off and forging on.

Annette: any news on the KCM?

That's a really cool video, priorities! I received my VV order yesterday - I bought a big bottle of the (100% VG Absolute Organic) Orange Creamsicle and have No regrets for it :D The bottle alone smells unmistakably of orange creamsicle - I wouldn't have had to know what I ordered to know exactly what it was! And I ordered a couple fresh vision cartos in different ohm ratings and Annette went above and beyond and made a color coded key to show which were which ohm  Tasting the creamsicle through a fresh carto is a real treat - it's become in the last 16 hours a new favorite of mine. The vanilla folds into the orange so well that it's not easy to distinguish the two - they really combine to make the exact flavor of orange creamsicle! For reference, I ordered it with regular/light flavor and its plenty flavorful for me (I used to order most fluids in extra flavor)

Good morning everyone! Wish me luck, today I start my month of nannying for 3 month old twin girls! It's been awhile since I worked with twins & it's always a bit sticky getting back to it. Add to that, it's my dog's first day of being crated (thanks to her first-time-ever destructive streak yesterday) so I'm a little bit worried at how she'll do.

Good times!!!

Obviously she is having some technical difficulties, as stated when you go to her web site...but I am sure she is doing everything possible to get things back up and running...I know she has been super busy, but she will respond to her e-mail...please just give her a bit to deal with whatever is going on. :)

From her site:

Dear Customer,

Due to some technical difficulties we are temporarily unable to process orders today. I really apologized for this situation and the inconvenience this is causing you. We'll be back up as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and please check back in with us soon.

Sydlie, I hope you survived your day...and hope your doggie did too!!;)

Thanks, great to see you too! All is well, in fact I'm making plans to move out West! Exciting times. Hope all's well with you, too :)

That's great Tendril, how exciting for you! :) Things with me have been a little up & down, but hanging in there and doing okay....thanks.
