I just read the article you linked to. So, have you received notice from them to quit selling? If so, what will you do? If this prohibits you from selling your e-liquid, please notify me ASAP so I can stock up. This is really disappointing. vaping is the best thing that has happened to me in a very long time and I would hate it if you were forced to stop selling your products because IMO you have the best!
Politicians. Where would we be without them? And why do we keep electing stupid people into positions of power? I'm beginning to think that moving out of California was a good idea.

Child-like? CHILD-LIKE? I take personal offense to this statement. If it wasn't for the coffee flavor (child-like?) when I first tried vaping, I'd still be smoking stinkies.

I haven't received any notices about this and it's the first I've heard of it. I'm going to try to do some research on this once I'm done with work for the day though! I'll report back if I can find any more info... Worried...
ECF has a thing that started last month abt becoming verified. So there is a way we can prove to you we are over 18 if needed. It did not cost and did not take much time. It may be good to be proactive in this possible event?
That's great that ECF is doing this. I've often wondered why credit cards don't have something similar!
My debit card was attacked Monday by fraud, so I certainly understand. I was fortunate and am very cautious- but seems it can happen to anyone.
I've done some research on this CA-flavor ban and from what I can tell, it's not actually backed up by any laws that I can find. There are a lot of references to Prop 65, but the wording does not contain anything that could be construed as banning flavored e-liquids. That said, it sounds like the Deputy Attorney General of CA is trying to enforce this ban without proper legal backing under the assumption that most e-liquid makers will comply because they do not have the money or legal power to fight it. From what I can gather, some vendors already have stopped selling flavors to CA (tobacco and peppermint are still O.K.).
I would urge everyone to contact her and speak out against this! The real danger is, of course, that this will spread to other states (that and Annette might have to pull up roots and move!). You can reach her here:
