I was where you are 6 weeks ago! 6 weeks and analog free woohoo!:D I just want to wish you ALL the best on this journey. You will get the hang of this "stuff" (nic level, hardware, juice, cleaning, and on and on) quickly if you just keep reading, and doing, and don't give up! It is so worth it! One important thing that you need to be aware of though... and I know I overlooked it for a while when I was getting into my vaping routine, because I stuck to the Noobie forum !...I don't want this wonderful lifesaving device to be taken away from any of us, so please visit the links below, and elsewhere on this forum and fight to keep these legal!

And join CASAA!!!

How do you join CASAA? I am completely against the idea of allowing misinformation to govern the citizens of the United States (or elsewhere for the matter). Unfortunately this happens all too often. We can't allow this to happen to any state. Although my state, Tennessee, hasn't yet proposed a ban that I am aware of, I am still concerned for my fellow vapers who seek safer alternatives to traditional tobacco products.

UPDATE: I figured it out! :D

Hey Volcan! Madrid sounds like an awesome place. I live in the United States and have never been out of the country, sadly. Thus, I am a bit envious of you. I'm not taking the "grass is always greener" approach, but the fact is, you do live in the EU and it's really easy to go from one country to the next. I mean it's not necessarily difficult here, but it's probably a good bit more expensive.

Hi!
I'm new here too!
Just found out that the ecig I have is a Joye510(It was a gift) and I have not even wanted an analog ofr the last 3 days! I am so stoked!
Had fun last night...went to Walgreens, while standing in line I pulled it out and fired it up! This lady ahead of me turned around an in formed me that I could not smoke indoors in UT. I told her I wasn't. She looked so perplexed at the fact I didn't have a cigarette in my hand! I know it may have been mean, but I live in Utah and these people take "No Smoking" to new heights!
Still studing all over the forum, and learning tons!!!

Thanks, and congrats on kicking the sticks.

My state hasn't yet, that I know of, made any rumbling about e-cigs, but they're sure on the bandwagon of taxing all manner of "sinful" things in order to deal with budget issues. And it wasn't all that long ago they raised the tobacco tax. It isn't my main motivation, but one aspect of getting off of tobacco is to deny the govt. that little revenue stream.

The FDA will get their hands on this, absolutely. Sorry for the political tangent, but it isn't so much an issue of controlling nicotine, but of being in control. Otherwise, you'd think they'd be happy to see a less harmful (I believe, but I am not a pharmacologist, nor did I stay in a Holiday Inn last night) product in place to help get people off of cigarettes. I haven't examined the question of the nicotine delivery device issue and how it relates to the big tobacco companies, but I wouldn't expect a lot of help from Phillip Morris, et. al. on this issue, as it seems in conflict with their interests.

And goodmorning to you too! ;)
