The first TV commercials showing electronic cigarettes will be shown from November 10, it was announced yesterday.

The CAP report said the rules for e-cigarettes should be more liberal because they 'present only some of the same concerns as alcohol and gambling and crucially there are strong arguments for the public health benefits of e-cigarettes'.

Yes, Blu have been on TV already.

I think this is good news. Not good news we get more Blu and Vype and E-Lites ads, but good overall.

Let's hope it pulls in some newbies who then have to google why they have bought a plastic placebo stick.

If I was Prime Minister, I'd ban Blu and Vype and E-lites from making a single claim about the product.... since they'll be lies.
