That's great. But I'm a little fuzzy on how a new FDA director can legally "undo" the actions of their predecessor. Especially if the Judge rules against Nicopure et al.

He might have the option of "enforcement discretion". That would mean that they wouldn't enforce all or part of the rule.

Also to my mind if the lawsuit wins I think this guy would be unlikely to come back at us with same stuff new day kinds of regulations.
