Thanks for the memory, I was very little but I remember watching that show with my mom & dad.
Your welcome! I was born in 1960 but my dad used to say "Good-night, Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are!" every night when we were little. So it's good memories for me too.
I loved Jimmy! I saw his show when my parents let me stay up..he was great!

My Parents used to say..ala the Walton's..Good night Chet, Good night David. from the sign off of the "The Huntley-Brinkley Report" news. My sister and I were not Chet or David! but it did make for giggles.
