go to your favorite pizza place, buy the pizza of your choice, go home and blend it all to a soup, add some vg and nicotine of your liking and vape awayi do it all the time!
i'm looking for a flaw in this logic, but cant seem to find any.....

This. This right here. As an avid DIY'er who loves to experiment it is now my sole purpose in life to create a pizza juice. The biggest problem, well not exactly problem but barrier to overcome is the complexity. When you bite into a piece of pizza you are not just tasting "pizza" you are tasting a numerous amount of different flavours. Everything from the toasted dough, to the sauce, to the toppings, to even the small spices added to it, would have to be replicated so as to recreate the complexity but also provide an even exact flavour with every puff.
