Good throat hit or intolerance?

Hey

Ive been vaping for 3 days mostly menthol 24mg. When i take a coupple nice good drags in a row with a decent amount of vape in it i get a good "throat hit". (Atleast what resembles the analogues) But afterwards i get about 10-15 secs of throat tingeling followed by "heavy breath" for the same amount of time. There is no signs of after effects after this.

Is this normal? Or am i intolerant of something?

I think it's just a case of "too much, to quick". Give it a little more time between drags, at least 20 or 30 seconds. What you may be doing is equivalent to "Hot Boxing" an analogue.

Try taking longer, slower drags and don't inhale directly into the lungs. Fill the mouth with vapor and inhale from there.
