good variable voltage or wattage device????

so i have 2 mechanical mods the bolt and the telescope both from smoketek and im wanting to get into variable voltage. I was just curious as to what everyone recommends to start out with when you get a vv device i kinda want safety features so i dont burn a ton of cartos. i have been kinda interested in the robust 14500 square body kit from smoketek.

my only concern with it is the 14500 doesnt seem like it will last very long im a non stop vaper the only place i dont vape is restarurants and movie theatres unless i go to the restroom

i also dont wanna spend 200 for just the device

I love my smoktech groove, got it for $80 at my local vape store. It has the ability to check ohms, as well as VV and VW.
