Got GGTS today and have question

The 2 adapters that come with. I take it they have to be installed any time you want a 901 or 808. For some reason I thought it had threads in all the time. Are they both the same? If you want to use a 306 what do you do the atty is so far in the TS. Only about 1/2 inch sticking out with 510. Also see what he means about the close tolerance on the button.

you have to use the rethreader for 901 because they are the exact same size as a 510. I do not use 306 but I hear there is a longer drip tip that should protrude theough the cap. Or you could take the whole collector tank top off and run it "naked" as I call it

I use an XL tip for my LR306s from avidvaper.com (Cisco attys, too) in my GGTS without the AVS tank, works great!

Also, can't you use the sleeve part of a 901 over the 306s if you want to mod it yourself?

Thats exactly what I did. They are running a special now for Cisco attys with the drip tips. Thanks to both of you.
