Sooooo my vaping family! I've been doing some research on this little device and not one person has had anything bad to say about it besides one thing which is the fire button rattle(we'll address that in a bit) Also have been looking up prices on said item and found some good prices and was gonna pull the trigger on the cheapest site i found it on... IF THEY WERENT ALL SOLD OUT!! With that being said that shows me exactly how many people are falling in love with this little piece... Might I add its very versatile for a variable voltage/variable wattage device(see advertised specs below)
Advertised:
3-8Volts(0.1 increments)
5-30Watts(0.1 increments as well)
Heres a few pics for u guys and gals
Packaging is phenomenal!
THERE IT IS!!
Contents are packaged nicely as well
Told u it was tiny!
Here it is with the Protank 3
Now i havent started building yet nor have I started sub-ohm vaping yet, but I will be sooner than later... this little box mod can withstand ohms as low as .4 all the way up to 5.0! Thats a lot of wiggle room for such a small little package. For all the newer vapers out there(like myself) this is a "middle of the road" device.. u guys are probably still on your eGo batteries like the evod twist and vision/vapros spinners and so on and so forth. Which is totally fine!! Dont let anybody tell u otherwise... Thats how i started and thats what helped me kick analogs so shout out to eGo batteries! I myself felt i was ready for something bigger with more voltage and wattage options... The iStick 30w is VV(variable voltage) and VW(variable wattage) Right now I still have my Protank 3 and my little Kangertech Evod tank so for now I'll be sticking with voltage. As I move up the vaping chain I'll be getting into sub-ohm tanks like the Aspire Atlantis or Eleafs very own Melo OR the Kangertech Subtank just to name off a few popular ones and also rebuildable tanks, those are the ones that are going to be utilizing the VW the most effectively. ENOUGH!! If u wanna learn look it up on the forums this is a review people!
That also brings me back to the Kangertech Evod tank. As u can see above there is no visible eGo thread... AND THEN!?
BAM!!(eGo threading adapter)
DOUBLE BAM!!
and the masterpiece...
As we all know I have just gotten it today... So I cant comment much on battery life yet but it has an advertised battery size of 2200 mAH which should last me personally a whole day and a half!(Battery life may vary due to other vapers vaping habits). One of the absolute biggest reasons I pulled the trigger on the iStick is because of its passthrough ability which means u can vape and charge all at the same time with the charger port underneath the battery. Now about the fire button rattle... Maybe Eleaf made a silent revision since everybody is complaining about the rattling fire button and it seems to me Eleaf is a company that pays attention to their consumers since they revised the 510 threading and changed it to stainless steel(which a lot of people complained about) and also the locking mechanism to change the voltage or wattage since they didn't have it on the original iStick 20w(which again a lot of people complained about), but mine feels absolutely solid all the way around and i dont even have the slightest hint of rattle from ANY buttons! Also took the time to check the authenticity code on the back of the box on Eleafworld.com as soon as i walked out of the store with it(got it at my local vape shop) and it checked out authentic! I hope I covered everything. If theres any questions please feel free to comment and i'll try to answer the best I can! Thanks for reading and as always! HAPPY VAPING!!
Heres a parting gift. Dont know why everybodys looks so big on video reviews but even with my protank 3 on it, its only a little bigger than my spinner 2.
