Got my 901 today!

I received my order from PureSmokers.com. Talk about fast? My order was placed Monday am, I got it Wednesday.

Thank you SO much everyone. I love love love my new e-cig.

And thanks to you Steve from PureSmokers. I will need to order more from you on Friday. I'm paranoid that my atomizer will die and I'll be screwed.

Who would have thought that something I had never even heard of until Sunday night would be so important to me by Wednesday afternoon? AND -

Who would have thought that I'd be sitting here laughing at the fact that I haven't needed a single cigarette since I took my first vape 4 hours ago? I haven't gone 4 waking hours without a cigarette since I was about 15 years old. WOW!

A good choice of e-cig. My '901 arrived a couple of days ago and I haven't smoked a real cig since. Taste and performance has improved sinced I've been using it. Might have something to do with learning how to best use it.

I got my 901 om Wednesday. I haven't had a trad. cigarette since. I'm getting close to the 48 hour mark now. 4 pm PST. To know me would be to know that this achievement has seriously got to be some sort of miracle. For real.

I'm placing another order today with Steve. Another e-cig, a few extra atomizers, more carts and a few liquids. This is going too well for me to risk something going wrong with the one I purchased thus sending me back to my Marlboros.

I just got my DSE901 today!!! I was kinda an idiot tho. It took 5 days to get here cuz of Thanx Giving. BUT NOW ITS HERE!! I am excited but I have to wait for the initial charge. I bought 3 batteries and didnt even think about buying extra chargers so I could charge more than one at a time. I feel like a kid during Christmas with all the presents under the tree butcha gotta wait to open em. . .its finally here but now I gotta wait for it to charge.
Thanks for the free stuff Steve!!!!

Oh by the way. I know a lot of people were interested in the green tea but I havent seen a review on it yet. I will letcha know as soon as I try it.

sounds like you are following the directions better than I did. Not until my 3rd ecig did I even figure out by reading the forum that you have an initial long charge. I found that the manuals had that charging info in their manuals but not on the front page. insert warning and recommendation, is important for the spontaneous non manual reading dumbies like me. the unit just appeared to be so simple...why did I have to read a manual to use it...wrong! read it and make sure to read the manual...

What am I doing wrong?????

So I finally finished charging the battery and went to try it out. When I attached the battery the led flashed maybe 6 times. I added the cart which was kind of difficult and seemed like it wasnt made to fit that atomizer. Took a couple of smallish gentle puffs, the led lit up like how I saw in the videos . . .but nothin. (how warm is the battery/atomizer supposed to get??) Tried again with a little stronger drags. . .nothing. I only charged one battery so I cant try another. I did take out the cart and add one drop of juice and tried again. no go. I took the battery off to try my other atomizers and it blinked again . . .none of the atomizers made a difference.

Might be a bad battery.
If you put it in the Charger does the LED turn Green? if not charge it more.
Its possible it wasnt seated right when you screwed it together.
or, bad atomizer.
The blink could be the switch comeing on temporarily, or the chip saying the battery is weak, the blinks do have meanings, but not sure the exact sequences.

You should draw on it, and the end light should come on and stay on till the timer hits the cutoff, then it will blink a couple times, then reset itself.
Does the LEd work right when trying to take a hit?

When I put the battery in the charger for the initial charge the light on the charger was green and stayed green for the 11 hours that I charged it for. (the battery blinked when I screwed it into the charger)

What I thought was weird, cuz I havent heard anyone mention this in other threads, was that the led blinked when I attached it to the atomizer. Is it supposed to do that? It also blinked when I took it off.

When I took both the small/gentle puffs and the deeper drags the led lit up like normal (atleast how i see that it does in videos). Because the battery/atomizer felt warm in my hand I didnt want to suck on it until the led blinked. How warm is it supposed to feel?

Sounds like the battery is shorting out, its always on by the sounds of it.
Bad switch maybe.
Draw from the connection end, with no atomizer, and see if it works right.
I would say thats the problem

Oh, and, it should Only get hot if your in the act of takeing a hit.
Or the cleaning cycle goes off.
When you are useing it, if you hit it one after another time quickly, it can get real hot, which is not good for it, or for useage.

Took your advice (thank you ) and tried w/out the atomizer and the LED didnt come on.

I decided to try the other battery that I havent initially charged yet. Unlike the other one it did not flash when I attached it to the atomizer, and it did not get even close to as hot as the other battery did. . . AND . . .

IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!




I was hoping I wasnt going to be disappointed, and have to figure out another (likely hopless) way to quit smoking.

Its even better than I thought it was going to be, even though I've only used it once!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

Glad to hear you got it now.
Let us know how it goes after its charged up.

Make sure the rest of the parts work, then check with the place you bought it, they should be able to replace that bad battery for you.
