I had a blue grand just like that. Barely used it cause I got it for a backup. Sold it on the classies to a dude that also didn't use it much he said. Looks brand new. Congrats Jay

I am so frikkin stoked with this mod!! I grabbed one of my Phoenix drippers, tore it apart and sliced a groove down the center post and coiled it real quick-like, 1.3 ohm again.. Put it on in place of the A7 that it came with (wobbly), and it really does kick you know what! The Mrs is interested in the Mini now. Christmas!!

thats exactly what i do......so now its a ohm meter much less....i build my RM2's on it then take it to the REO....LOL......

Actually, the wobble was a REALLY easy fix... Now, with all of these protank coils that I have left over, I have many insulating grommets. I just cut one in 3rds, and used a piece to tighten the center post. Hitting like a champ now. My modified Phoenix does drain back to the bottle better though.

That's a shame. I'd like a darker blue with a white horseshoe. Not that I like the Colts or anything. (wink wink)
