Uggh ok so after all that I got the juice and ummm I'm so disappointed.. :( I got cotton candy and RY4 and well first they taste the same and second they barely taste like said juices.. I think maybe the RY4 could be improved with some caramel flavouring but the cotton candy tastes very chemically if that makes sense. I'm not sure what the base is and I'm curious about that as well will have to ask.. sigh.. i know its all subject to everyones own opinion but i was so looking forward to it being good. It's Dekang as well... anyone got any opinions on what I can do with them or am I just SOL lol also if you have experience with dekang juices

aww sorry to hear that hun because I know how much you were looking forward to receiving your juice ...

Well first thought is that perhaps they need to steep for a week or so, although I don't think steeping will help with the chemical taste of the cotton candy :(. You might need to mix that with a compatible flavor to try and improve it. Some flavoring simply have a very pronounced chemical taste to them ... it doesn't surprise me with a flavor such as cotton candy.

I know from reading Dekang reviews that there appear to only be a handful of favorable flavors, based on popular opinion. I think RY4 and DK tab are the ones that most like best. f

First of all.. yay! Second, let it steep.. juices mature as they age, and some of that chemical taste goes away. There are a lot of vendors that use Dekang juice, and I for one cannot stand that chemical after-taste that you get from most of their juices. You could try adding some Menthol to it. It's one way of salvaging otherwise unvapeable juice.

Ok so I read some tips about the Dekang and it said to let them steep no lid or cap for awhile :( Well the weird thing is its the same taste in both bottles.. I can hardly distinguish either of them. Just one has a bit more of a vanilla feel to it (RY4) I'm going to contact the vendor and see what they say as well. Sigh.. I'm vaping it because I have no choice right now lol My hubby even said it was nasty and was hugely disappointed. I guess we both got used to the RY4 of MLV as well which is smooth sweet and lots of caramel. But I read some good things about the dekang RY4 thats why I figured it couldnt be this bad.

So sorry to hear that!! :( I know how very disappointing it is to get something that you were so counting on being tasty. Had 2 - 30 ml bottles that I had to throw out myself because they were just gawdawful to me. Hope the steeping process works for you!! And something sure sounds screwball. I cannot imagine how RY4 and cotton candy could possibly taste the same!

Hmmm ok so going to try a couple of things to see if I can make them vapable if not oh well lol Now for steeping just lids off caps off and sit on a shelf or does it need to be somewhere specific?

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DeKang liquids don't need to steep. They are all at least 1 month old when they get to you - and probably older. DeKang is mass produced in a large factory - each flavor 1000's at a time - then stored and shipped to retailers who store and ship to you.

Also - never leave the lid off (sorry guys to contradict here - no offense intended to anyone) - that will only degrade the nicotine (oxidized in air).

If you're in a rush.....

RY4 is a liquid you either love or hate. RY4 lovers either love or hate DeKang and/or any other version of this flavor. It's a mix of light tobacco, vanilla and sweet caramel. An unusual combination to be sure.

Head down to your local Michaels or craft shop or bakery supply shop and purchase LorAnn concentrated gourmet flavoring in vanilla or another light, generic flavor or even a spicey one (nothing with an oil base - ever for vaping - oil can have adverse effects on your lungs). Add drops until you get the flavor to something you like.

COTTON CANDY - DeKang didn't get this one right at all. I'm guessing there is no cotton candy in China. A handful of people like it... personal taste.

While you're at buying your flavors - try a few drops of fruit flavor in this one - it will take off the chemical sweetness edge and give it some spark.

Well it turns out the bottles were extra flavoured need to be cut down. So am getting some 50/50 mix and doing as such. When I get any new juices I use brand new cartys to put them in. :) So Im hoping that it tones down the flavour and will probably end up buying some lorann to start up with my DIY juices anyway so I may end up playing around with these juices.
