Got my Prodigy v2 - impressions

It looks great. Thin, and not too big at all. Feels good in the hand. batteries are a tight fit. Ordered a v2 with a KR808D-1 adapter, 510 adapter, a 5 pack of cartomizers, and 30ml of Cashcap 16mg.

Not exactly sure why I got a 801 atomizer in my package. I have nothing to use it on.

I got the batteries charged, and slipped on the KR808D-1 adapter and a fresh Cashcap cartomizer. It's a truly amazing vape. Warm, lots of vapor for a carto, and gives me a little head buzz at 18mg. This is exactly what I was looking for. Not one single complaint here.

Tried the 510 adapter, and cannot get it to work. Tried adjusting the center post, and if it contacts the center post of the switch, it won't contact the 510 atty, and vice versa. Fiddled with it for about 15 minutes before I gave up. I use Joye 510 attys.

Went back to the carto adapter for some more awesome vaping. The Cashcap flavor is delicious. Me likey.

So that's my experience. Once I find a way to get the 510 adapter working, I will be a happy camper. Even so, I am very impressed with the Prodigy v2, it hits like a champ.

Just got mine too.. Very nice.
Had trouble with the 510 like so many others,

Finally got it working with adjustment to center post on atty.

I really like it! Light weight and small. Thought it would be larger than it is.
Feels hefty enough though without being too much. Just right..
Don't know how pocket friendly it might be to carry in front pocket but will try anyways..

Very nice and sturdy and batteries went right in with no problems at all!

Overall very good build and I like...

See now I'm scared. Am waiting with baited breath for my V2 delivery (shipped last Fri) and will only be using it with a 510 - didn't get any other adapters. Am I gonna get this and not be able to use it!!?? (breaks down and cries like a little girl)

In worst case scenario, can I use the 510 adapter from my PS PT? They look to be about the same and it works fine. Anyone know?

No. Two different sizes.

GUYS, take a tweezer and shimmy the center post from the top on the 510 connector. Or, take the adapter top piece off, and press hard on that center post from underneath and vape on!!!

i don't have any tweezers or staples and i've tried pressing and hammering...it still doesn't work

I tried, and managed to get it to fire a little, but very weakly. I just don't think the center post is long enough. I get very little vapor .

To be honest, cartomizers do so well with this mod that I am half tempted to forget about the 510 altogether. I'm really enjoying the heck out of my cartos.

But it would be nice to have a solid, working 510 adapter just in case.

I would totally agree. Im hitting a carto right now on it and is wonderful!!

Not looking good for the 510 adapters. People reporting problems on several threads. Most of them have tried the fix with no luck. Waiting on mine with the 510 and carto adapter, hopefully both will work.

Damn!!! I ordered the 510 and the 901 just to try the cartos, but my trigger finger must have been too itchy, I forgot to order the cartos.

You're missing out. They're really nice on the v2.

Still wish I could get my 510 adapter to work so I could test them out. Oh, well.

Received mine today, had batts ready to go. I'm using the 510 adapter and the atomizer included from PS. Also tested with a 510 to 901/cartomizer adapter, no problems. Very nice, feels really substantial in your hand. Excellent vapor production, warm and flavorful (after a few atty hits on the new 510). Switch has a nice feel, firm but easy to press. Threads are well done, everything fits together well and all parts are easy to disconnect/connect. Well done Puresmoker, thank you!

I'm going on 7 hours now on my first set of batteries... and I am vaping really heavy, too.

Well I know my Tenergys last me a 6v on Chuck about 5-6 hours..

If you got 7 hrs on 5v youre doing very good..

I got mine today, already had batteries ready to go as it uses the same ones as my Xhaler/ I ordered the 510 adapter so I was a little worried that it would not work.
It fired up right away.
Very nice design, slimmer than my Xhaler but a little longer. Feels heavy and well made. Button works smootly.Very sleek looking. Looks good with my Super T tip. Will have to get one of the stainless ones when they become available.

Vape is good, flavor is good.

I like it a lot.
