Got my provari. now have question

Hi

so, I got my zombie provari. I got the kit with supplied kanger II. I have a kanger II on my svd and had no issues with it, changed coils more than a few times etc.

No I out the kanger II on the provari, and seems I like a lot of unrestricted air? At first, with the coil in tight, I was getting the E1 error. So I replaced the coil to the supplied 2.5 OHM and now I can tighten it up, but still lots of air flow.

I swapped out to my other kanger and its a nice restricted vape, not too much air. works nice and the way I like it.

SO, question is, what can I do to this other one to help it perform like the other kanger I have?

Ive had it apart, tightened it up and what not. and getting frustrated....

Not ideal but it should work. From an old thread (obv substitue Provari with 'ego/beauty-ring'):

Simplest fix is use the dental floss technique:

Wrap a piece of DF around 2 of the 3 holes on the 510 connector, arrange the floss legs in a way that they leave the 1 hole open and trail out in the airflow grooves if possible.

Hold the floss tails with your thumb (see pic) screw it onto the ego/beauty-ring till it seats, and snip the floss with fingernail clippers. Should tighten it up significantly.

Fun idea: Swich out the bases from your two kanger tanks. I have seen some folks who got restricted airflow on the kanger 2 which was caused by the base. I think it was also in a pbusardo video. That may be what you're experiencing. Maybe!

Personally hate atomizers that supply air through the stem. With the kanger one needs it to not be to tight. Leave it a bit loose and the air will flow better. You can also get an air flow valve like the hippo to help out. Or go with an atomizer that supplies air through the side.
