First off its amazing and I love it, this is my first upgrade since using regular old joye 510s with a PCC all day.

I've been using the boge cartos with my old standard 510 and I got used to topping off with about 9 to 12 drips when the carto was getting low.

These smoketech dual coils got 55 drops in them when I loaded the first one up. So my question is, how many drops should I get used to topping off with when it feels like its getting low.

And lastly but not least thanks to liberty-flights for the excellent deal and kit with all the goodies! Was my first hardware order from them and I give it a 5 out of 5 on shipping and presentation and working order!

Glad to hear you like it.

I cant really give you a number. Everyone is different.

Better than that... you can order some clear duallies. then you can see exactly how much juice is in it. it should give you a good idea of how the carto works, and how much juice it is using.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

I just got mine in today! I agree with you about liberty-flights. I had to call them because of a PayPal problem and they were so helpful and it arrived in no time. What an amazing deal.

ETA: I also ordered some of their Candy's Mint e-liquid and it is heavenly. I had been vaping with an N Joy, and the experience with my Riva and this liquid is a million times more satisfying.

I typically fill mine slow, with a syringe. about half way through, or slightly more, I move the needle to the other side, and finish. I fill it until the liquid pools at the top, then suck the excess back into the syringe, so the filler still has 'texture' at the top.

One thing I noticed about filler style cartos, is they tend to give the best hit, right before needing a refill. It's not terribly noticeable... but I find that If I am really enjoying my vape, I could probably use a quick top-off .

I can usually get about 15-20 drops in for a refill on a large bodied dual coil or mega, depending on the juice. One juice I use gets about 20-30 on a refill. Depends on how many times you've refilled it, as well. Seems the more "broke in" the carto is, the more you can push into it. One thing to note about those buggers is they burn through the juice at a pretty fast clip, so although refilling seems a bit less often than say a Boge LR, it's not off by an insanely long shot.

As always, YMMV.
