My wife and I were in one of our local b&ms today and they just got some minis in. I was fondling some and told her the price was 20 over what provape charges. She saw the wheels turning and said just buy the dang thing. Then she said she would buy it for me. I think I'll keep her. She liked the zombie and the polished best so of course I got the satin with red. I'd never seen the red led before and boy is it bright. But it's a good true red. My other is black standard with blue. Come to think of it she ordered that for me too. Almost got the zombie but not enough blood spatter. I should take a pic because they look a lot better after eating KFC. Nice and shiny.

As someone who has owned all 3 Provari LED colors....Red is to bright, Blue is ok but Green is my favorite :)

Update and random thoughts.

Plan you are correct. I was worried about battery life so I didn't pull the trigger earlier. The mini lasts longer than my standard. I got a good six hours out of it. My black one I have four 490s and get three hours out of one, around four plus out of two and around six out of one. I have an extension so I'll try the 490s in the mini.

It's a little small for my hand but small is what I wanted. It's a bit slippery compared to the black one but not too bad. Not much a fan of ceracoat because it wears quickly but it just feels right. It sure looks a lot better than when I first got it. It's smoothing up nicely and looks more finished. I cleaned so it's not the KFC and buttered popcorn that I subjected it to last night.

It wasn't as exciting as my first but very satisfying knowing that if I ever need to have one worked on I'll have a good backup. Not that I don't have a couple vv3s a mini ego and an evic. At this time I don't foresee wanting another but maybe if they come out with something lighter, carbon fiber or titanium or something else. But then the green led might just call my name.

Argh...My ProVari arrived in Opaloka FL at 3am this morning but for some reason it took them 9 hours to get it 20 miles across town so it won't go out for delivery until tomorrow morning.

Sometimes I hate package tracking.....

I'm with ya on that. I received my second ProVari on Tuesday. I spent all day Monday wondering why USPS site said out for delivery in Washington, while I live in Georgia. The tracking site stated this all day Monday, I was beginning to wonder if I was going to see it.
