Yeah - that's an odd custom model. It has some similarities many models in the way it looks but no exact match. I recommend you try the cartomizers too. Most people prefer cartomizers for their favorite juices. I notice they do offer both cartridges (for on an atomizer) and cartomizers for it. Cartomizers include their own atomizer coil and have limited lives - if you keep a carto damp you can get 4-7 days or more use out of one. I can get 7+ days out of a carto. The benefits of cartos are they usually hold more
juice, need juice added less often, won't suddenly dump 1/2 their juice, and generally provide a more consistent and troublefree
vaping experience for your every day juices.
Only put suitable juices you like in cartomizers. In cartomizers on slim ecigs I recommend PG w/ 10-20% VG. And I avoid juices that seem to drop a lot of flavoring sediments (clogs cartos, gunks up carto and atomizer coils). FreedomSmokeUSA's Flavor Range juices and tobacco are available in any PG/VG. I also use a couple of Vapor4Life WOW juices in cartos (might as well sign up for their frequent sales too).
