My ten White Cloud minis for ten bucks (well 15 if you count postage) arrived today and it couldn't have come at a better time. Today I tried njoy and wasted $8 on a cig with a battery life of probably ten minutes of actually smoking (it burned out after I smoked it five or six times over about eight hours). What a rip off. Too bad, because the njoy tasted great, had 3% nicotine and came in a nifty little plastic box with a flip top. Did I mention it cost $8? My minis are about the same cigarette, same size and everything, even fit in the NJOY box. I haven't tried them all, only the Iced Berry, but as far as nicotine delivery, they are the same or even stronger depending on what strength you get. I'm probably going to buy about fifty of them before the sale ends because in the last few days alone I've wasted about $50 trying different brands. Blus were okay but the second one I bought, the battery malfunctioned and it also burned out within 24 hours. Swishers were okay as well. But all of these are anywhere from six to eight dollars for an e-cig with a battery that burns out before the juice is even close to being depleted. So a buck a piece? How can you go wrong?

Congrats, good luck, welcome to the forum.

Do yourself a favor, and before you buy anything else, do a thorough search, and research all that is available in the world of vape. Find something that's built well and that lasts, and is rechargeable. Same with atomizers. See what the world of vape really has to offer before throwing good money after bad. Maybe your just trying to quit smoking then stop vaping, don't know. Maybe what you are doing will work great for you. But the cigalike devices often fail and often leave one wanting. There are just so many option available.

Vappy trails to you!! Don't worry be vappy. lol Vape long and prosper. ... Just Vape it.

Congrats. The White Clouds are probably the best performing disposables out there, the flavor choice is great and the price can't be beat.

You should resist the urge to take what looks like the next logical step--getting a cig-a-like starter kit from one of the companies selling the disposables. They really aren't much of a step up at all and are not cost effective in the long run.

A better step is a starter kit from Joye or Kanger, with two rechargeable batteries, two atomizer systems and a charger. They can be had for around $50. Then find the flavors you like, fill your tanks, charge your batteries and you're off and running.

i started with white cloud too, but quickly moved to halo g6....
Personally i really like and just ordered the kanger esmart,
i needed something that was a cigalike but had a on and off button.
if you find a good juice vendor it will be much cheaper to fill tanks.
Good luck, and white cloud has excellent customer service.

I'm far off from getting any kind of starter kit. I think I'm going to experiment around with the disposables for a while. I just don't have a lot of time to make vaping a hobby, but I'm dieting and cutting back on drinking and the vaping has helped immensely in that. yeah at first I wasted some money buying from Walmart but as White cloud demonstrated if you search around the net you can find cheap stuff. I'm thinking of just getting fifty or a hundred white cloud lings while they're still a buck a piece, the sale ends after october I think

That same $50-$100 would get you a very nice Kanger Evod starter kit, a spare battery or two and a boatload of liquids.

The chief difference between these two options is that once those Flings are gone, they're gone. But the Evod batteries and clearos are good for about a year (batteries stop taking a charge).

If you're happy with disposables and find that their relative costliness is worth their convenience and they keep you from smoking, then great. All mileages vary here.

Thanks for the info on the sale-got my mom a ten pack of minis in a variety of flavors-I think she is more interested in trying these initially too before the ego's-plus for this price-well it's an inexpensive introduction, if she wants to get further into vaping, I will gladly assist her, but for her introduction, this might be a way for me to try. And if she doesn't like or care to try, then I'm not out a lot of money and she can pass on to someone else without me feeling "hurt" by my good intentions. Now I wish I would have known about egos/evods/protanks/etc first, but...she is different than I am, and seems to be more curious about these cigalike types. Anyway, thanks again for the info-it IS a great price!

The mini-flings are $1 each now (on sale) - I have egos, evods, protanks, an e-roll, a vamo, and probably 40 bottles of juice - 35 of which are going to last forever, because I don't like them! - you really can't beat the form-factor and the convenience of the mini-fling if you can find a flavor you like. You could easily spend $200-$300 on various set-ups and juices and not really like any of them.

There is no wrong way to get off analogs. If it works for the O.P, it should be encouraged.

Yeah and the flings arent that bad, although they have sales frequently, and dont forget to play fling a friend game online its dumb, but if you score high enough you get a discount code, also if you dont like a flavor, you can exchange unopened packs, also if the strength isnt good, they will hook you up. I know personally.

They opened up vaping to me and i miss the simplicity of it all.

Whatever works for you is most important for sure...

If you're dead set on starting with something small, I really would at least watch a few reviews on the Joyetech eRoll and consider it. You really will save much more money in the long run and there are users here who have some very expensive setups, but still love their eRoll. These things put out thick and impressive vapor and I'm blown away how well it performs for a cig style PV...

Here's a few reviews if you want to check the eRoll out...

VaporChase Review - Joyetech eRoll from Vapor Geek - YouTube
REVIEW OF THE JOYETECH EROLL ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE - YouTube
eMini (aka eRoll) Review by Field of Vapor - YouTube
A Smokenjoey Review - Joyetech eRoll Review & Vapor Test- how does it compare? - YouTube

Best of luck no matter what route you go!
