After out trip to 2 B&Ms The better half is sick of them. So I get to order a couple RDA and RTA and the stuff to build coils and The DIY for the juice. Out of 3 Shops only one wanted to give us the time of day. So we bought enough juice to get us through the time frame till thye stuff getsb ordered and here and then we are done. I almost feel bad but what do you do if your not happy with the service you get. Then the one shop wanted to argue after leaving a bad review on FB lol. Just helped my cause :)

Recently stopped by 2 B&M stores for the first time in 3 years of vaping. (Sorry once before) Horrendous! Between complete lack of knowledge, holy cow prices, and what I could swear were clone RDAs given their selection that one store was selling for authentic prices... Never and I mean NEVER will I buy anything there.

I was at a local vape shop last night. I'm asking questions about batteries and the worker kept answering the damn phone cutting me off mid question then, hanging up and staring at me. Although i did buy the batteries only place to have them in stock locally, will not be going back, IMO customers in the shop should come before people phoning in to see if they have there juice brand in stock. On to the next one.

I don't owe it to b&m stores to support their business. They owe it to me to win my business. When they fail to do so, they lose.
I'm lucky, I have 1 excellent b&m near me. Ten bad ones. I buy some stuff from the good one because they EARNED my business. Most of the gear I prefer isn't available in b&m's anyway. So,again, I'm lucky.

I've visited a few shops in my area, and when km out and about and I see a new one I try to stop by to check it out.

I've stopped at one that was a complete disaster. First of all as soon as I walk in there is a complete fog, I literally could not see the counter which was about 20 steps back. I understand you're at a shop and you can Vape, but do you really need to have your shop like that all the time. I was with my gf and she's relatively new to vaping (I would consider myself intermediate to advanced), well the people there are just trying to show off in fro t of her basically cause they see she's a new vaper, all the mean time they're telling all these stuff that is so common in vaping and theyre telling me that they invented this or that (all inthe meantime I'm giggling on the inside). I'd like to support local places but idiots like those make me wanna run away.

Other shops I've been to it has been the complete opposite. There's one called Avail vapor and they seem really professional, hell even the guys working there were wearing suits, a freaking suit and tie!!! That actually threw me off cause I was used to your typical tattoo flat bill hat wearing guys...

Anyways, my point is.... Is hard to support local shops when the people there act like they're the kings of vaping and act like they know it all (when they don't)

PS. Sorry for the long post just had to chime in
