I am wondering how long it usually takes them to respond/resolve help tickets. I tried placing an order that ended up not going through but was charged three times for the order. Im a little uneasy about this due to the fact that this is well over a $100 dollar mistake on their end. I guess the better question is, has this happened to anyone else with this company?
