Got Vapes ticket response time?

Hello all,
I am wondering how long it usually takes them to respond/resolve help tickets. I tried placing an order that ended up not going through but was charged three times for the order. Im a little uneasy about this due to the fact that this is well over a $100 dollar mistake on their end. I guess the better question is, has this happened to anyone else with this company?

hmmm.... I have 3 charges on my CC for an order I placed a few days ago. Was hoping it would clear up since it is still pending. Tracking shows the order was sent. Been waiting. Never seen that before. Maybe I should contact them too.
