Im not in any type of panic mode beleive me, lol, no worries, But this is our thread and that was disrespectful and we already had a troll issue before and simply wanted to knip it in the bud. theres No reason to come into this thread and take a dump in it and leave and then expect no one to clean it up.

lol that's what we are for. let the members jump on 'em lol. i did totally forget about the troll issue though. man that sux that it takes forever to get a subforum. looking forward to a techie Q&A

Im hoping that the new ce2-x's fatter wick is consistant which I believe it to be, there was a period with the older revisions where it seemed there where 2 to 3 different types of wicks being used and each performed differently and then the earlier wick wherent all fully clean so that effected the wicking but now that they will all be preburned we could be on the right track to a consistant vape and taste with the new ones and the big brother.

the ones i sent out to test to ecf members all gave a huge thumbs up including some ce2 naysayers so the signs are good.

sweet. it's a bummer to have the wick disintegrate when the coil still has plenty of life left in it. I've tried adding a wick, but i can't do it. Tried pulling the dead wick, but it hoses the coil. Looking forward to the newer/thicker wicks as long as they still vape well. I know with stuffing cartos, the more material they add for new and improved, the worse they wick. I despise regular cartos and would never go back to them.

keep up the good work guys

Thanks for the regular first class shipping option ....I dislike having to pay $5 for a few small things ...

amen to that. on vendors sites that only offer priority, i usually empty out my cart b/c i don't have enough items to make it worth the shipping price.

kelly, I'm in OK also and although my fluxo's shipped from NY, i got them very fast. I've found first class mail is MUCH faster than priority. Too many commercials on TV promoting priority mail shipping for the masses, that it's really become snail mail.

lol - well you are on a waiting list (they are very fair, etc and first come first served)...when your turn comes up and you are in good standing they open up a subforum for you and actually throw you a nice party with free vapes, cheetos, oreos...then they all arrive and ask where the free vapes are >.>

what?!! omg that's insane!

I've tried fillereds and well, let's just say I am of similar mind as you...I think the write up I did for the general FLüXomizer category page on the site kind of says it all for me...with that said I do respect that some individuals find their choice of carto, if it is fillered, perfectly fine for their situation, so more power to them...

And thanks for the kind comments...

I ordered some Lucids to try but don't really expect them to rival the Fluxos, with which I'm very happy. There is one issue with the Fluxos that probably should be addressed. It's not a problem for me personally, but could be for a newer vaper.

I fill several XLs over the weekend, enough to last me through the week. I then put condoms on them to keep them cleaan and protect the threads and tubes. I have lots old condoms lying around from older carto models, but a newbie wouldn't have them.

I know the fine people on this forum would happily send condoms to newbies if they ask, but that's a short term solution. Would it be possible for Gotvapes to supply them either as standard equipment or options?

Thanks

That would be nice if they were available somewhere. I also like to put the condoms on when they will sit for a short while and I have now run out of condoms. I am not quite ready to order blank cartomizers just for the condoms; but I have considered it.

if you guys&gals want the condom covers I can get them, thats not a issue and I will put in a order now.

If there's a choice, I like the ones that come on the Joye cartos. They're thin and have really good protection on the thread side.

Thank you

Heres the thing with the ce2, i personally believe no other cart is this modifiable, we have as a community done things to the ce2 that have not and can not be done with a atomizer or old school cartomizer, ive seen 510 mods and Ive seen cartomizer mods and the ce2 has wiped the floor with all of them in terms of modifiability. From tank mods to led mods to syringe mods to wick mods and one and on, I have even used a LUCID cart and turned the ce2 fluxomizer into a top feeding tank and it worked well. For gods sake the ce2 can be made into the worlds cheapest tank top feeder for the price of 1 ce2 and a 1 dollar bottle. lol

Then the other thing i noticed since using the CE2 fluxomizer way back when was that it can go through many many dry burns and handle many thorough cleanings, yes you need to be careful but we have had users on ecf clean and dry burn ce2's and reuse them for 30+ days. They are not prone to popping unlike 510 and 808 and 901 atomizers. Thats not to say you wont have one pop but that has never been a major issue in anyway and many would agree the ce2 is a robust carto that can take abuse. try glowing a 510 atomizer for the same time a ce2 can and 9 out of 10 times the 510 atomizer will pop way way before the ce2 even gets close to popping dead.

Now I say all that because many have noticed these things to be true but heres the thing, MiT sells these as disposable units, these are meant to be thrown away after a few days. So considering that I would say the ce2 is a great product overall and while it can have minor inconveniences here and there we all know they keep on getting improved and once again they will be with the new pre burned fatter one peace wick and the upcoming Vuemax ce2 and thicker tubes for clearos.
