we will take care of the doa bree, no worries.

yes those pins that stick out are supposed to stick out,you can twist the lucid a little to reseat it properly.

Thanks Bad....appreciate it! Second X atty is holding it's own...still tweaking my juice to thin more! One thing I do want to mention....both of these X-Atty's were pretty dry...I detected very little, if any, primer in both of them....and yes, I blew out both atties!

I am definitely a back-to-back vaporess, so not sure if these are going to work for me!

I got the new lucids with the X-Atty and it may be OK after I get used to it. I have tried 3 so far, with only 2 that might be working, and 1 that definitely had a problem. The one that had a problem was one where when I filled it with juice, it poured out the mouthpiece. On further inspection, there was no plastic between the air flow vent and the tank.

On the other 2, i can't tell if I'm tasting the juice, or the primer. I am guessing it is mostly primer, even though I blew it out beforehand; or so i thought. I had put Caramel Popcorn in one, and Cappuchino in the other. They both taste the same. (Which is why I am thinking it is primer) I'll keep trying. Since these were with the X-Atty, I'll try one with a regular 510 atty next.

Got my package in today. The Lucid with the X-Atomizer has let me down horribly. I have been trying and trying to get this thing to vape just a little. I hardly get any vapor production off of this. I blew out the primer and flushed with 2 drops PG blew out and dripped 2 drops of juice, poped on the cartridge and hmmmmm, next to nothing but a bad taste and a teeny tiny poof of vapor. I have been trying for two hours now to get this thing to work and have gon through about half the tank and still nothing, just bad taste and little poofs. So I tried the second X-atomizer and well thats DOA. I have next to nothing and nothing. Im going back to my tank that still rockin after three weeks and no cleaning. I will try the cartridge on my regular atty and get back to you with the results. So far no good. So sad.

im sorry to hear that, we will take care of any doa issues, we do apologize and that is something we cant test before hand, We are gathering as much feedback as we can from everyone good and bad and then we will decide what to do. The smart cart went through a similar period and since V2 it is enjoyed by many so we will decide based on everyones review if we will look at having any improvements made.

We are trying to bring you new and innovative products in the TANK style designs and its hard to tell always how well some will perform in the real world with all types of atomizers and other devices and we appreciate the feedback so a decision can be made on them.

The orientation of the tank inside the atty, as it is on the SmartCart is importatnt...as Chris has went over make sure that the bottom of the tank slot cutout is PARALLEL wih the bridge when you insert it, otherwise you are goign to get the symptoms, classic to what P-Dub is describing and also dertbv earlier - improper alignment will cause bad airflow or no airflow. We are getting good feedback also, so let's make sure we are all on the same page...

Chris may be doing a video soon here and if not I''ll try to post a couple of pics here to show you what I mean.

I want to get as much feedback on the Lucids as possible so some of the reveiws coming in on site I will post here:

A Product Review for GotVapes™ LUCID Clear Cartridge 1.4ml X-Kit 5 PAK w/
X-Atomizer has been submitted.

Review Details: I received my lucid carts with the x-atomizer today and was
surprised how good they are. Great throat hit and vapor, great price.

As with any product some will like it right out of the box and some may not. For those who do not we can investigate a bit further and see how it is being used, etc. When we first started with the SmartCarts it followed a similar type of path...I think this product holds MUCH promise...

Unfortunately, my experience is also very disappointing, and exactly as dertbv had described, both with the X atty and with a standard 510 atty. The hole on the bottom of the tank seems to be exactly centered and round (even under magnifying glass), so there is no way to position this cut out to be parallel with the bridge. I even slowly turned the tank (filled with juice) so that every angle could be covered, but nothing. This hole is also extremely small. The juices I tested with were 80/20 and 70/30, and I even diluted them more to make them even thinner. With juice in the tank, I could barely even get a tiny bit out, even if I shook the tank (yes, over a paper towel). Sorry guys...not working for me! I am also having the same exact experience with the eGo-T atty and tanks...I alternated all the new parts with the original eGo-T hardware I have, and the original ones work, but not these new ones!

What has me the most concerned is that the X-Atty's and the eGo-T Atty's arrived in clear packaging that were NOT sealed (manufacturing issue). I blew them ALL out, and if I was lucky, only one tiny little drop of primer slowly tinkered out....but they all seemed pretty dry. Other atty's I have ordered over the months have arrived in sealed packaging with mega primer.

Hoping the video and pictures will be up soon....I'm not gonna give up just yet....but if they don't help, I will gladly send these Lucid tanks, the X Atty, and the eGo-T to someone who wants to try them!

Thanks for the info Bree...really do appreciate it. When I spoke of the cutout on the bottom of the tank I didn't mean the hole in the middle, I meant the cut out part...

As I said some are having success some not, we'll keep workign on the info...

Oh...sorry about that Daniel! OK....that cutout! This didn't make a difference in the X atty because there was nothing in that to use as a guide to align, and I DID align it with the bridge in a regular 510 atty....still no dice for me!

I'm glad others are enjoying them....wish I was one of them!!! :(

Do you have any blue foam? If you don't I can try to send you some...also that center hole in the bridge could be widened if you want to try that...

I do have blue foam Daniel.....I will give that a try, and I will also widen the center hole a tiny bit a time...but I was really hoping I wouldn't have to mod!

I DO want you to know that my absolute #1 favorite are your clear Flux's....I plan on stock piling these when they're back in stock! :) I still enjoy trying new toys, and look forward to the new stuff, when it's available! :)

Danno I believe the alignment issues are with the Regular atty NOT the X-atty, Am I correct? As there is no bridge on the X-atty this should not be an issue. When I do try the regular atty I will be conscious of the bridge - tank alignment, but again, as I read, this should not be an issue with the X. Or am I not quite gettin' it?
