Strike Match for flame.
Light Banana.
Hold until amount of fingers burned is desired

I do these in Jamaica

Flaming Bob Marley

Grenadine syrup
Crème de menthe
151º proof rum
Serve in a shot glass

Divide a tall shot glass into thirds
Fill the lowest third with grenadine syrup, the middle third with creme de menthe, and float the 151 in the top third.
light the 151 by passing a lighter over it.
Plunge the straw to the bottom of the glass into the grenadine syrup and suck. you can observe flames travelling up the inside of it. Stop sucking when the flame is inside the straw.

After the Epidural injection I got about 40% relief of the pain.....
I can stand straight up from a sitting position now, I cant tell you how great that fells.
I really want another Epidural injection! 40% on this one and maybe 40% on the next one....I'll be a new man!
